Henny Penny HC-941 is a holding cabinet designed to keep food warm and moist. It features a water reservoir that can be filled with hot water to increase humidity, or left empty for less humidity. The cabinet has a 120 VAC, single phase, 50/60 hertz, 480 watts, 4 amp power requirement and must be adequately grounded to prevent electrical shock. To drain the unit, allow it to cool down, then place a sponge or absorbent cloth in the water well to soak up the water. Remove the sponge or cloth, squeeze it dry, and repeat until the unit is dry.
