ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Note: Please consult a qualified electrician if you are not certain of the installation.

CAUTION: Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or

by removing the fuse at the fuse box. Caulk to mounting surface at top and sides.

1. Fasten cross bar onto outlet box with 2 outlet box screws provided.

2. Connect wires white to white and black to black. Cover connections using wire connectors provided.

Tie ground wires from outlet box and from fixture to ground screw on cross bar.

3. Place fixture body against wall by aligning the protruding mounting screws all the way through wall

plate and tighten fixture using 2 lock nuts provided until it is held firmly to the wall.

4. Place top cover, top cap over long nipple of finial A, and then fasten finial A down to tube A.

5. Fasten finial B into tube B.

6. Install the bulbs (included).

7. Place decorative pan, fixture frame over short nipple on the fixture. Fasten them with the decorative

ball.
