Short Form Specifications
Cabinet dimension of 24˝ wide x 36˝ long x 36˝ tall. Dolly base
with stainless steel plate casters, 5˝ polyurethane wheels—
two with swivel/brake, one swivel lock, and one swivel.
All stainless steel construction with 16 gauge 300 series top
and 18 gauge cabinet. Center shelf is removable and adjustable
on 3
1
⁄2˝ increments. Double panel doors are removable and
feature integral drain system and nickel plated brass latches
with tension adjustment.
Design and Construction Features
• Type 304 stainless steel.
• Top is 16 gauge stainless steel.
• Cabinet is single-piece 18 gauge stainless steel.
• Center shelf features hemmed safety edge free of
bacteria-gathering crevices. Shelves are removable and
adjustable on 3
1
⁄2˝ (89mm) increments.
• All stainless double-panel doors have integral drain system
to eliminate entrapment of moisture. Double-panel
construction adds stability to cabinet. Doors are removable
when open for easy cleaning. Latches are nickel-plated
brass with tension adjustment. Door can be locked open
with a door clip mechanism, then released with a press of
the foot.
• 5˝ (127mm) swivel plate casters (two swivel-brake, one
swivel-lock, and one swivel) are stainless steel with
polyurethane tread and grease fittings. Other caster
combinations available on request.
• Stand-out wraparound bumper mounted to solid stainless
steel frame. Bumper absorbs shock and helps prevent
damage to the cart from collisions with walls and barriers.
• Systems adaptable to automatic conveying and inject-eject
elevator systems.
• Additional sizes available on request.
