Danfoss S45 Installation guide

Series 45 Electric Proportional Control kits for frames K and L come from the factory with a

0.8mm oriﬁced PC spool installed. A 1.0mm oriﬁced PC spool is also included in this kit in

the event it is required. If the oriﬁced PC spool requires replacement, please refer to the

instructions below.

ORIFICED PC SPOOL

REPLACEMENT

1. Remove plug.

2. Remove PC spool from control

housing. Note orientation of spool

for reassembly.

3. Install oriﬁced PC spool spherical end

ﬁrst, into the PC bore of the control

housing.

4. Install the plug. Torque the plug to

10.8 - 13.5 N•m [8 - 10 lbf•ft].
