Installation Instructions
Stabilizer Relocation Bracket Number: 74009001
Tool List:
1. 18mm Wrench
2. 18mm socket and ratchet
3. Torque Wrench
Contents:
1. 2x End Links
2. 2x M12 Fasteners
3. 2x M12 Nuts
4. 2x Spacers
5. 4x Bushing Sleeves
Installation Steps:
1. Remove sway bar end links that are currently on your JK / JL.
(Note - you will re-use the two lower bolts from your stock sway bars or the sway bars that you’re using.)
2. Open End Link Box and find the correct link for each side.
a. Note that the flush side of the end link bushing will face inwards towards the sway bar see
photo below
3. Insert sleeves into bushings
4. Slide fastener through top hole, place spacer between end link bushing and sway bar
5. Affix M12 nut on the end of M12 fastener and torque to spec.
a. Torque: 75 ft. lbs.
6. Insert stock bolt into the lower end link hole; affix nut and torque to spec
a. Torque: 75 ft. lbs.
7. Once torqued in place, it should look like this:
8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 on the other side to complete the Yeti XD Sway Bar End Link installation
a. Note that this Jeep is equipped with a Top Mount draglink and our trackbar relocation bracket.
