batterycover.
Insert three AAA batteries ensuring

ATTACHINGTHEGELPADS
Start by removing the white plastic
protectivebacking.
DO NOTremovetheclearprotective
film.
Positionthegelpadsovertheblack
conductive areas, press into place
ensuring they fully cover the black
conductiveareas.
Nowpeelofftheclearpadprotector
ensuring that you retain and
replace after use. We recommend
moistening the gel pads with a
damp tissue before each use.
Connect the headset to the control
unit.

andwashanddrytheskinwherethe
padsaretobeplaced.

The unit should remain turned off until the headset is
positioned correctly on the face.
Start by holding the headset
behind the neck with the cable
onyourlefthandside.
TIP: Youmayfinditusefultouse
amirrortoseethepositioning.
Slowlybringtheheadsetbelow
theears and then forward over
thejawline.
Placethegelpadsjustunderthecheekbonesinlinewith
thebaseofyournoseandthemiddleofyourears.
TIP: The pressure can be
reduced by extending the
headband.

Insert headset cable into control
unit. Important: Do not remove or
insertthecablewhiletheunitison.
Turn on by pressing the on/off
button,light1willflash.
NOTE:Ifnotinuse,theunitwillenter
stand by mode and automatically
turnoffafter20minutes.
Press the " M " button to select
your required programme (see
ProgrammeSelection).
Increase the intensity level by
separately pressing both the left
(L) and right (R) "+" buttons, until
you feel a tingling sensation. You
may need to adjust the gel pad
positioning slightly to find the best
contactpoint.
TIP: There are 40 intensity levels in total and the
programmelightwillflashonceeachtimetheintensityis
changed.  When on maximum intensity, the programme
lightwillremainilluminated.

MUSCLE STIMULATION
It is normal for muscle strength to differ on each
sideoftheface.Youmayfeelthestimulationmore
intenselyontheleftorrightside.However,ifthereis
a significant difference in intensity, or low intensity,
trythefollowing:
1.Moistengelpadswithasmall amount of water.
2.Ensureskiniscleanandfreshly washed.
3.Replacegelpads.
To change programme press
the"M"button.
NOTE: the intensity level will
reset to level 1 each time you
changeprogramme.
To turn the unit off press the
ON/OFF button. After use
replacethetransparent plastic
gelpadbackings.
NOTE: always switch off the
unitbefore removing thehead
set.

HINTS&TIPS
• Werecommendstartingonalowintensityleveluntil
yougetusedtothesensation,thenbuildingupuntil
musclecontractionsarefelt.Beforeyoufeelmuscle
contractionsyoumayfeelamildtinglingsensation.
• Someusersmay feelmuscle contractionsatlower
intensitylevelsandsomeathigherintensitylevels-
thisisentirelyanindividualresponse.
• Yourteethmayfeelslightlysensitiveduringtreatment,
thisisperfectlynormal.Forcomfortitisadvisedthat
youtrynottoclenchyourteethwhenusingtheunit.
• For best results we recommend using the ProLift
for 20 minutes every day for the first few weeks,
alternating between the different programmes each
day. There afterward, use as required to maintain
goodtone.
• Asabeginneryoushouldalwaysusetheprogramme
andintensitythatfeelscomfortable.Bestresultsare
achievedbyvaryingtheprogrammesused.
• Leaveaperiodof24hoursbetweeneachtreatment.
• IfyouhavehadBotoxinthelast3months,theeffects
ofusingProLiftwillbereduced.
• Only switch ProLift on when positioned comfortably
ontheface.Turnoffbeforeremoving.
• WhilstusingProLift,ifyoufeelanytwitchingaround
theeyeareaorotherdiscomfort,takeashortbreak
andrepositionthepadsslightly.
• If you feel the muscles twitching after a session
using ProLift, reduce the intensity during your next
treatment. It is recommended to start on a low
setting and build up intensity as your muscles are
strengthened.
