3. Keep body and clothing free from

or jammed machine. Notify floor
staff.

other incremental weights, except

use if any components are worn,
frayed, or damaged.

dizzy or experience pain at any
time will exercising and consult
your physcian.

Back cushion may drop when knob is pulled. Support
back cushion while adjusting.
CAUTION
Be sure detent pin is fully engaged before use. Return
back cushion to lowest position when not in use.
Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
