Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Teil dieses Produkts. Sie

enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch

und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung

des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshin-

weisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie

beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbe-

Verwendung

Der Luftreiniger dient zur Reinigung der Raumluft

und ist nur für den Einsatz in privaten Haushalten

vorgesehen. Alle Veränderungen des Produkts sind

Unfallgefahren bedeuten. Der Hersteller übernimmt

Hinweis: Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungs-

material vom Produkt.

Stellen Sie das Produkt auf einer stabilen, ebe-

nen Fläche mindestens einen Meter von einer

Wand entfernt auf. Die Lufteintritts- und –austritt-

söﬀnungen

dürfen nicht verdeckt oder

blockiert sein.

Entfernen Sie die Frontabdeckung

(s. Abb. CI).

Entnehmen Sie den HEPA- / Aktivkohlevorﬁlter

und den Aktivkohleﬁlter

aus dem Produkt

(s. Abb. CII und CIII) und entfernen Sie die Pla-

stikverpackung.

Setzen Sie nun erst den Aktivkohleﬁlter

und

dann den HEPA- / Aktivkohlevorﬁlter

wieder

in das Produkt ein. Die schwarze Seite des H

Bringen Sie nun die Frontabdeckung

wieder

an (s. Abb. CIV).

Stecken Sie nun den Netzstecker

in die

Steckdose. Ein Signalton ertönt und alle LEDs

leuchten kurz auf.

Inbetriebnahme

Drücken Sie die EIN- / AUS-Taste

. Das Pro-

dukt startet in der ersten Stufe des Auto-Modus.

Wählen Sie durch Drücken der Wahltaste

die Ventilatordrehzahl (1 / 2 / 3). Die der Funk-

tion zugeordnete LED leuchtet auf.

Hinweis: Beim Betätigen der Tasten ertönt jeweils

ein Signalton.

Funktionen

Timer-Funktion

Mit der Timer-Funktion können Sie eine verzögerte

Ausschaltzeit wählen.

Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Produkt die

Timer-Taste

so oft, bis die LED der gewünsch-

ten Laufzeit auﬂeuchtet. Das Produkt schaltet

nach 1 / 2 / 4 oder 8 Stunden automatisch in

den Standby-Modus.

Hinweis: Das Produkt ist nach Ablauf der

Timer-Schaltzeit nicht ausgeschaltet, sondern

beﬁnden sich im Standby-Modus. Drücken Sie

nach Ablauf der Timer-Schaltzeit die EIN- /

AUS-Taste

, um das Produkt auszuschalten.

Ionisator

Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Produkt die

Ionisator-Taste

. Die entsprechende LED le

uchtet

auf und das Produkt gibt über die gereinigte

Luft negativ geladene Ionen in die Raumluft ab,

welche Schadstoﬀe aus der Luft entfernen.

Filter

Nach etwa 2000 Stunden Laufzeit leuchtet die Filter-

Taste

auf. Diese zeigt an, dass ein Filterwechsel

durchgeführt werden muss.

Führen Sie den Filterwechsel durch wie im

Kapitel „Filter austauschen“ beschrieben.

Kindersicherung

Halten Sie bei eingeschaltetem Produkt gleich-

zeitig etwa drei Sekunden lang die Filter-

und

die Wahltaste

gedrückt. Sobald ein Signal-

ton erklingt, ist die Kindersicherung eingeschaltet.

Die EIN- / AUS-Taste

blinkt. Alle Tasten sind

nun gesperrt.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie die Filter-

und Wahl-

taste

nicht exakt gleichzeitig drücken, leuchtet

die Filter-Taste

dreimal auf. Die Kindersiche-

rung ist nicht aktiviert.

Halten Sie bei eingeschalteter Kindersicherung

abermals gleichzeitig etwa drei Sekunden lang

die Filter-

und die Wahltaste

gedrückt.

Sobald der Signalton erklingt, ist die Kinder-

sicherung ausgeschaltet.

Modus

Drücken Sie so oft die Wahltaste

, bis die

LED der gewünschten Funktion auﬂeuchtet:

Sleep-Modus („Schlaf“-Modus): Nach

Anwählen des Schlafmodus schaltet sich nach

ca. 10 Sekunden die Beleuchtung an der Ge-

rätefront aus. Entsprechend sind im Schlafmodus

lediglich die Tasten auf der Oberseite des Geräts

beleuchtet. So wird die Beleuchtung während

der Nacht so gering wie nötig gehalten.

Turbo-Modus: Die Ventilatoren laufen mit

Höchstgeschwindigkeit.

Auto-Modus: In diesem Modus prüft das

Produkt die Luftqualität und steuert – je nach

Ergebnis – die Ventilation automatisch.

LED-Farbe Luftqualität

grün: gute Luftqualität

gelb: mittlere Luftqualität

rot: schlechte Luftqualität

Wartung und Reinigung

Ziehen Sie vor jeder Wartung und Reinigung

den Netzstecker

aus der Steckdose.

Produkt reinigen

Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Chemikalien

und keine Scheuermittel.

Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen,

trockenen Tuch.

Filter reinigen

Entfernen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen die

Frontabdeckung

und prüfen Sie den Zustand

des HEPA- / Aktivkohlevorﬁlters

Falls sich Staub und andere Unreinheiten ange-

sammelt haben, entnehmen Sie den HEPA- /

Aktivkohlevorﬁlter

und waschen Sie ihn in

einer warmen Seifenlauge.

Lassen Sie die HEPA- / Aktivkohlevorﬁlter

anschließend gut trocknen und setzen Sie ihn

entsprechend der Abbildung C wieder ein.

Filter austauschen (s. Abb. C)

Wenn die Filter-Taste

auﬂeuchtet, müssen Sie den

Filter austauschen. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

Entfernen Sie die Frontabdeckung

Entnehmen Sie zunächst den HEPA- / Aktiv-

kohle vorﬁlter

und anschließend den

Aktivkohleﬁlter

(s. Abb. CII und CIII).

Setzen Sie zunächst einen neuen Aktivkohleﬁlter

in das Produkt ein, anschließend setzen Sie

den HEPA- / Aktivkohlevorﬁlter

wieder ein.

Die schwarze Seite des HEPA- / Aktivkohlevor-

ﬁlters

muss dabei nach vorne weisen.

Schließen Sie die Frontabdeckung

wie in

Abbildung CIV dargestellt.

Halten Sie für ca. 3 Sekunden die Filter-Taste

bis der Signalton ertönt und die LED auf der

Taste erlischt.

Hinweis: Ersatzﬁlter können Sie über

www.shop.targa.de bestellen.

Entsorgung

Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Ma-

terialien, die Sie über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen

entsorgen können.

Beachten Sie die Kennzeichnung der

Verpackungsmaterialien bei der Abfall-

trennung, diese sind gekennzeichnet mit

Abkürzungen (a) und Nummern (b) mit folgender

Bedeutung: 1–7: Kunststoﬀe / 20–22: Papier und

Pappe / 80–98: Verbundstoﬀe.

Das Produkt und die Verpackungsmateri-

alien sind recycelbar, entsorgen Sie diese

getrennt für eine bessere Abfallbehandlung.

Das Triman-Logo gilt nur für Frankreich.

Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des aus-

gedienten Produkts erfahren Sie bei Ihrer

Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung.

Diese Markierung zeigt an, dass dieses

Produkt in der gesamten EU nicht im

Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Um

Mängelansprüche

verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte

Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäde

und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken

gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit

anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpﬂichtig.

Garantieumfang

Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien

sorgfältig produziert und vor Auslieferung gewissen-

haft geprüft. Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material-

oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich

nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung aus-

gesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angese-

hen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an

zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder

die aus Glas gefertigt sind. Diese Garantie verfällt,

wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß

benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße

Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedienungs-

anleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzu-

halten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von

denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder

vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermei-

den. Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht

für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei miss-

bräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Ge-

waltanwendung und bei Eingriﬀen, die nicht von

unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorge-

nommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie. Mit Repara-

tur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer

Garantiezeitraum.

are a part of this product. They contain important

information concerning safety, use and disposal.

Before using the product, please familiarise yourself

with all the instructions for use and safety instructions.

Only use the product as described and for the spec-

iﬁed purposes. When passing this product on to third

parties, please be sure to include all documentation.

Intended use

This air puriﬁer is designed to clean room air and

is only intended for use in private households. Any

modiﬁcations to the product are considered improper

use and may result in considerable hazards. The

manufacturer assumes no liability for damages aris-

ing from improper use. This product is not intended

for commercial use.

notice a burnt smell when starting

the device or the mains connec-

tion cable and plug become hot,

switch oﬀ the device, unplug from

the mains socket and contact a

specialty retailer.

Before use

Note: Remove all packaging material from the

product.

Place the product on a stable, even surface at

least one meter away from a wall. The air inlet

and air outlet

must not be covered or

blocked.

Remove the front cover

(see Fig. CI).

Remove the HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁlter

and the activated carbon ﬁlter

from the

product (see Fig. CII and CIII) and remove the

plastic packaging.

Now, replace the activated carbon ﬁlter

and

then the HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁlter

the product. The black side of the HEPA / acti-

vated carbon pre-ﬁlter

must be facing forward.

Now attach the front cover

again (see Fig.

CIV).

Now insert the mains plug

into the mains

socket. The product will sound a beep and all

LEDs will light up brieﬂy.

Set-up

Press the ON / OFF button

. The product will

start in the ﬁrst level of auto mode.

Select the fan speed (1 / 2 / 3) by pressing the

option key

. The LED assigned to the function

will light up.

Note: A beep will sound when the buttons are

pressed.

Functions

Timer function

You can select a delayed switch-oﬀ time with the

timer function.

When the product is switched on, press the timer

button

until the LED for the desired operating

time lights up. The product will automatically

switch to standby mode after 1 / 2 / 4 or 8 hours.

Note: The product does not switch oﬀ after

the timer switching time has ended, but goes

into standby mode. After the timer switching

time has ended, press the ON / OFF button

to switch oﬀ the product.

Ioniser

Press the ioniser button

when the product

is switched on. The respective LED will light up

and the product will emit negatively charged

ions into the ambient air through the puriﬁed

air, which will remove pollutants from the air.

Filter

After about 2000 hours of operating time, the ﬁlter

button

will light up. This indicates that the ﬁlter

must be replaced.

Replace the ﬁlter as described in the chapter

“Replacing the ﬁlter”.

Child safety lock

Hold the ﬁlter button

and option key

pressed at the same time for three seconds when

the product is switched on. A beep will sound

when the child safety lock has switched on. The

ON / OFF button

will ﬂash. All buttons are

now locked.

Note: If the ﬁlter button

and option key

are not pressed at the exact same time, the ﬁlter

button

will ﬂash three times. Child safety lock

has not been activated.

Hold the ﬁlter button

and option key

pressed for three seconds again when the child

afety lock is switched on. The beep sounds w

hen

the child safety lock has been switched oﬀ.

Mode

Press the option key

until the LED for the de-

sired function lights up:

Sleep mode: After pressing sleep mode, the

lighting on the device front will switch oﬀ after

approx. 10 seconds. Only the buttons on the

top of the device will light up in sleep mode. This

means that lighting will be kept at a minimum

during the night.

Turbo mode: The fans run at maximum speed.

Auto mode: The product will test the air quality

and - depending on the result - automatically

adjust ventilation when in this mode.

LED colour for air quality

green: good air quality

yellow: medium air quality

red: poor air quality

Maintenance and cleaning

Always unplug the mains plug

from the

mains socket before maintaining or cleaning

the product.

Cleaning the product

Do not use aggressive chemicals or scouring

agents.

Clean the housing with a soft, dry cloth.

Cleaning the ﬁlter

Remove the front cover

at regular intervals to

examine the condition of the HEPA / activated

carbon pre-ﬁlter

If dust or other impurities have accumulated,

remove the HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁlter

and wash it in a warm, soapy solution.

Then allow the HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁlter

to dry properly and replace it as depicted

in Figure C.

Replacing the ﬁlter (see Fig. C)

If the ﬁlter button

lights up, the ﬁlter must be

replaced. Proceed as follows:

First, remove the HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁl-

ter

and then the activated carbon ﬁlter

(see Fig. CII and CIII).

Insert a new activated carbon ﬁlter

in the

product ﬁrst, then insert the HEPA / activated

carbon pre-ﬁlter

. The black side of the

HEPA / activated carbon pre-ﬁlter

must be

facing forward.

Close the front cover

as depicted in Figure

CIV.

Hold the ﬁlter button

pressed for approx.

3 seconds until the beep sounds and the LED

on the button goes out.

Note: Replacement ﬁlters can be ordered online at

www.shop.targa.de.

Troubleshooting

pre-ﬁlter

and replace the acti-

vated carbon ﬁlter

. To do so,

proceed as described in the chapter

“Maintenance and cleaning”.

The air inlet and air outlet

are covered or blocked.

Ensure that the air inlet and air outlet

are not covered or blocked.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-

rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling

facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging

materials for waste separation, which

are marked with abbreviations (a) and

numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics /

20–22: paper and ﬁbreboard / 80–98: composite

materials.

The product and packaging materials

are recyclable, dispose of it separately

for better waste treatment. The Triman

logo is valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal

authority for more details of how to

dispose of your worn-out product.

This label indicates that this product may

not be disposed of in the domestic waste

throughout the entire EU. To prevent po-

tential environmental damage or damage to human

health due to unregulated waste disposal, please

Warranty

Dear Customer,

This device is sold with three years warranty from the

date of purchase. In the event of product defects, you

have legal rights towards the seller. These statutory

rights are not restricted by our warranty as described

below.

Warranty conditions

The warranty period commences upon the date of

purchase. Please keep the original receipt in a safe

place as it is required as proof of purchase. If any

material or manufacturing faults occur within three

years of purchase of this product, we will repair or

replace the product free of charge as we deem ap-

propriate.

Warranty period and legal

warranty rights

The warranty period is not extended in the event of

a warranty claim. This also applies to replaced and

repaired parts. Any damage or defects discovered

upon purchase must be reported immediately when

the product has been unpacked. Any repairs required

after the warranty period will be subject to charge.

Scope of warranty

he device was carefully manufactured in complianc

with stringent quality guidelines and subjected to

thorough testing before it left the works. The warranty

applies to material and manufacturing faults. This

warranty does not cover product components which

are subject to normal wear and which can therefore

be regarded as wearing parts, or damage to fragile

components such as switches, rechargeable batteries

or components made of glass. This warranty is void

if the product is damaged, incorrectly used or ser-

viced. To ensure correct use of the product, always

comply fully with all instructions contained in the

user manual. The warnings and recommendations

in the user manual regarding correct and incorrect

use and handling of the product must always be

observed and complied with. The product is solely

designed for private use and is not suitable for com-

mercial applications. The warranty is rendered void

in the event of incorrect handling and misuse, if it is

subjected to force, and also if any person other than

our authorised service technicians interfere with the

device. No new warranty period commences if the

product is repaired or replaced.

Submitting warranty claims

To ensure speedy handling of your complaint, please

note the following:

- Before using your product for the ﬁrst time, please

read the enclosed documentation carefully. Should

any problems arise which cannot be solved in this

way, please call our hotline.

- Always have your receipt, the product article num-

ber as well as the serial number (if available) to

hand as proof of purchase.
