Exposure: Full sun to partial shade

Spacing: Plant 4’’ apart, 3” deep
Blooms: Early summer
USDA Zones: Hardy in USDA zones 8-11
About This Variety: Ranunculus bulbs are widely available at retail nurseries and
mail-order catalogs in mixed colors. Ranunculus in single colors are unique and
caught our eye, as they make for striking color displays in the garden. We have identi-
fied this color to be special.
Growing Instructions: The plants are not very hardy and may be treated as an annual
in colder zones but thrive best in USDA zones 8 to 11. Simply replant new bulbs in
colder zones or try to over winter them.
Care Tip: Soak the corms in luke warm water overnight before planting to jump start
development. Plant after danger of frost. Plant the corms with the ‘claws’ pointing
downward.
