If the replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product should be returned to authorized

service center for examination and/or repair or call 973-350-8900, Monday - Friday, between 10;00 am and

How to change/Replace the Fuse from Fuse Plug

Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling

on cord.

Unplug the Fan before cleaning or servicing. To clean your Fan, use a soft moistened cloth with a mild

soap solution. Never immerse electrical parts in water.

Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc. as cleaning agents.

Store in a clean, dry area when not in use.

Plug the Fan into a 120V~ AC receptacle.

The “ 3-way ” switch is located on the back plate of the fan.

This product is warranted for one year from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship

and /or materials. At our option, parts that prove to be defective will either be repaired or replaced or the

whole product will be replaced.
