Install indoors and inside of the distribution kit
Power meter, SIM(Power meter I/M), ELB or NFB should be
installed indoors and inside the distribution kit which is
proper to the electric equipment standard.

SIM (Serial Input Module) Structure

Unscrew the 4 screws on the SIM (Serial Input Module) to
open the cover.

Connect a DC 12V adaptor to the power terminal on the
SIM. The following adaptor should be used.
The following adaptor should be purchased separately.

Connect the power meter communication cables to the
terminals labeled CH1 to Ch8
on SIM.
At most 8 power meters
can be connected to one SIM.
Only selected RS-485 type
power meters from
the following suppliers can be used with SIM.
(Omni System, Korea Micronics, LS Industrial,
Hansuk Tech)

Connect the C1, C2 communication cable from SIM to
the C1, C2 terminal on DMS.

Reassemble the SIM.
Note At most 8 power meters of SIM can be connected to
one DMS.

Setting the SIM (Serial Input Module) address

Unscrew the 4 screws on the SIM (Serial Input Module) to
open the cover.

Use the rotary switch (DS01) on SIM to set the
communication address.
The address of SIM can be set from 0 to 7.
The default switch is set as '0'.
The address of SIM is set according to the switch setting
when powered on. If the rotary switch is adjusted after the
power is supplied, the adjusted address is not reflected.
To set the adjusted address for rotary switch, unplug the
power cable and plug it again.

Once tracking is completed, you can check the
information of the power meter value connected
to the channels using the K1 and K2 buttons.
