Water level selection button
is used by user to select and
change water level inside
the washer. Continuously
pressing this button, the
figures circularly display
will be varied from 15L to
48L.
User can preset the washing
duration from 1 to 24 hours.
After the time you set runs
out, this machine will start to
work with the set program.
When the indicator of
PRESET TIME is on showing,
the figures displayed on the
LED is showing the preset
time set.

button can determine the spin
time.
Continuously press
this button, the machine
will be switched between
start and pause.
Fuzzy Control
Turn on the power. Then press
[START/PAUSE] button in the default
program, the fuzzy control system will
work automatically. It can select the
water level automatically according to
the laundry amount. If pressing any
other buttons except the [Start/Pause]
button, the Fuzzy function will exit
when the Fuzzy Control is set, there
is water inlet and the water level is
shown in the digital tube.
The remaining time will be shown
when water inlet is finished.
Before starting, continuously press this button
for switching over among [SOAK], [NORMAL],
[AGITATING], [SPEEDY], [DELICATE],
[TUB CLEAN] and [AIR-DRY] programs.
After the machine running, the indicator to
REMAIN TIME is on showing.
The remaining time will be displayed on
the LED according to the washing program
chosen.

Preparation before washing
1.Adjust the adjustable foot to place the
washer stably.
(Slightly incline the washer first and
loosen the adjustable foot knob.
Adjust the adjustable foot so as to
ensure four corners of washer be
steadily contacted with the ground.
Then tighten the adjustable foot knob
and lock it. If the ground is obviously
rough and uneven , correction should be
the ground surface, otherwise themade on

Instructions to the normal
wash program
Preparation before washing：
! NORMAL wash program is the
easiest, most convenient and
most common washing program.
When the user press the power
switch and then press
START/PAUSE button, the
normal washing program will
start to work.
! Close the door lid when
washer is running, otherwise,
it will automatically stop working
during spin process and send
out abnormal warning.
!The washer will not work when
the filled water does not reach
the set water level.
After pressing POWER button,
if the START/PAUSE
button is not pressed, the power
will be automatically cut off after
10 minutes.
! The standard washing time will
spend about 37-43 minutes.
Completion of washing
Press the power button.
The NORMAL program set as default is now
washing.ready for
! After completion of washing, the buzzer will buzz continuously
for 6 times and then the power will be automatically cut off.
! Turn off the water tap.
! Although the power can be cut off automatically, unplug the
washer for safety measures.

Instructions to the agitating wash
program
! The AGITATING program is
the featured program of this
washer.It can intensify the cleaning
result and reduce the chance of
inter-twisting.
!
To choose the AGITATING
program,press the PROGRAM
button again.
When you press the power button
the indicator of NORMAL as default
lightens.
! Close the door lid when the washer
is running.Otherwise,it will stop
working automatically during the
spinning process and send out
abnormal warning.”
Under this program,water level can
only be selected from 15L-32L.
The maximum washing amount of
this program is 3Kg.
!This program is suitable for washing
shirts,cotton and woolen clothes.
Very perfect to keep clothes from
intertwisting and wrinkling.

! The TUB CLEAN program of
this machine is particular. It can
clean the dirt on both sides
of the barrel and the back side
of the impeller if you run this
program regularly .
Detail operating procedures are
as follows:
!
! You cannot change the water
level or any other programs during
the TUB CLEAN is working.
! The duration of this program is
23 minutes.about
When you press the button, the
indicator of NORMAL as
default lightens.
To choose the TUB CLEAN
program, press the PROGRAM
untilbutton the indicator is on.

After the impeller ran, you need
put the disinfector with chlorine
about 300ml into the barrel. Do
not forget to close the door lid
when the washer is running .

Operation of CUSTOMIZED program
Instructions to CUSTOMIZED
! User can freely select any com-
bination among "Wash ", "Rinse"
and "Spin" modes according to
degree of dirtiness of clothes.
Detail operating procedures are
as follows:
! Press and hold the WASH button to
select different washing durations.
You could choose from 0 minutes
to 20 minutes.
! Press and hold the RINSE button to
select number of rinse.
Such as 3 times, 2 times,
or no rinsing process.1 time
! Press and hold the SPIN button to
select different of spinning durations,
You could choose from 3 minutes to
9 minutes or no spinning process.
Preparation before washing：
Press the power button.
The NORMAL program set as default is now ready for
washing.
Select the customized program
by the user.
Completion of washing
! After completion of washing, the buzzer will buzz continuously
for 6 times and then the power will be automatically cut off.

Completion of washing
! After completion of washing, the buzzer will buzz continuously
for 6 times and then the power will be automatically cut off.
! Turn off the water tap.
! Although the power can be cut off automatically, unplug the
washer for safety measures.
Instructions to other fully
automatic washing program
! SOAK program is with strong water
flow similar as that NORMALin
washing program. However, there
is a motional soak process lasting
for about 29 minutes just before
the washing process. Thus it is used
for washing more amount of dirty
! DELICATE program, the selection
of water level is only from 15L to
44L. It is used for washing thinner
or cleaner clothes and the water
flow is weaker.
! SPEEDY program, the selection of
water level is only from 15L to 32L.
It is used for washing less dirted
clothes and the whole washing
process will be completed in about
21 minutes.
Press START/PAUSE button.
The washer will start to work with this setting
program.
Press the power button.
The NORMAL program set as default is now ready for
washing.

Maintenance of washer
Cleaning of filtering bag
Please keep the washer with neat appearance and perform correct maintenance to prolong the
service life of washer.
The special circulation water flow is designed for this washer, thus the flock powder and flock
residues will be automatically collected into the filtering bag. The user shall regularly
clean the filtering bag to remove the flock powder and flock residues.
Detail operation methods are following:
Cleaning of water inlet hose joint
Unscrew and remove the water inlet hose joint
from the washer and clean the filtering screen
of inlet valve with brush.

point . And you can discharge the
frame of filtering bag.
Put the frame of filtering bag into the
two jacks and push into emphatically
as shown in figure above.

List of faults and inspections

Inspection Items

flows in
! If the power is off or the fuse is burned .
! If the water supply is cut off or the water pressure is too low.
! If the inlet hose is connected improperly and the water tap is turned off.
! If the filtering screen of inlet valve is blocked by dirt.
! If the coil of inlet valve is damaged. (The slight electromagnetic
sound is a phenomenon when the inlet valve is opened)
! If the "Start / Pause" button is not pressed after the power
switch is on.
! If the door lid is not closed.
! If all clothes are piled at one side of barrel find there are too many
clothes.
! If the washer is not placed in a stable condition or is tilted.
! If the motor belt is loosened.
Note: During the spinning process, if washing are piled at one side of the spin barrel, it will cause
unbalance of the spin barrel and resulting in striking. At this moment, the built-in computer of
will detect this unbalance situation and will automatically correct it ( fill in water Washing ).the washer
However, if the unbalance situation is not removed after continuous three corrections,
The user has to manually place the clothes inside the barrel evenly.
When problems of the washer arise, please contact local service office or the sales service department
of our company and the user should not dismantle the machine without permission.
If the washer cannot function normally, or there are abnormal signals, please check and correct as
follows.
! If the water drain hose is placed too high.
! If the end of water drain hose is not connected to the collection tank.
! If the internal rubber ring of the drainage valve is blocked by dirt.
! If the power is off or the fuse is burned .
! If the power supply voltage is too low.
! If the water amount reaches the required water level.
(The washer will not work if the water amount does not reach the
required water level)
! (It will only start to workIf it is set to "PRESET" washing mode.

Symptom
Causes
There are water leaks from
the water drain hose when
use for the fist time.
This is residue water after the performance test
in the factory.
Make up water during
washing process.
During the washing process, the water will be
automatically made up when the water level declined.
During the dehydrating
process, spin suddenly
stops and water filling and
rinsing start running.
This is because the clothes are at one side. The safety
switch starts to make up water, and stir while
running. The spin process will continu when the
clothes are in balance status. In case of failure of three
corrections of the washer, the buzzer will alarm. Please
manually adjust the balance of clothes.
The clothes are not
sufficiently dry after spinning
process.
Note All information is for reference only.:
The heavier and thicker parts of the clothes
will cause uneven spin.
