Planning is essential especially
if choosing a self-catering or
camping option. This planner
is purely a guideline and can
be adapted for your specic

protect the load with a tarpaulin or

Before you leave:
Advise your security provider
Service your vehicle dependant on KM.
Leave spare keys with a neighbour or

Meal Planning
Print this planner according to the
number of days you will be away from
home. Include meals that you may buy
and eat along the road if you are not
taking food in the car. If you are packing
a fridge and groceries, the resultant
meals can be indicated on the planner.
You can also use this to plan meals if
you are purchasing groceries when you
reach your destination. Remember to
cater according to your number of guests
and add in for people who may join you.
Be exible, one can spoil things by over
planning.
