Installation guide

Exteria 24PSFECCF is a plastic composite exterior building panel designed for use in a vertical placement on walls. It is not designed or warranted for roofing or flooring applications. Mansard roofs with a 45/12 slope or greater are acceptable applications.

The panel is intended for use over a weather-resistant house barrier system, such as house wrap, and is not a watertight covering. It is designed to allow the material underneath it to breathe.

The panel is 39 1/2" wide and has a minimum of eight fasteners per panel. A closer spacing of fasteners is required for high velocity wind areas. The panel requires a minimum of 7/16" solid substrate, such as OSB board or plywood.

Exteria 24PSFECCF Installation guide

Type
