IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read all instructions.
Do not let the coffee maker operate without water.
Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the volt-
age stated on the rating label of the coee maker.
To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons
do not immerse cord, plug, or in water or other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is oper-
ating. Do not let the appliance on the standby state for a
long time. And never allow the children or inform persons
to operate the appliance.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow to cooling before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning the appliance.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged
in any manner. Return appliance to an authorized service
facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
The use of attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may result in re, electric shock or injury to persons.

Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precau-

Do not use outdoors.
Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not let cord
hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surface.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use and place
it in a dry environment.
Remove plug from wall outlet, always hold the plug, never
pull the cord.
During brewing, do not open the water tank cover to avoid
splashing.
This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
Do not let the coffee maker operate without water.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
At least one copy of this manual should be kept in a loca-
tion available at all to maintenance and management staff.
NOTES ON THE CORD PLUG:
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other), To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit
into a polarized outlet only one way, If the plug does not fit fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug, If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician, Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
NOTES ON THE CORD:
a) A short power-supply cord (or detached power-supply cord) is to be
provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a long cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available
and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long detachable power-supply cords or extension cord is used.
The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or exten-
sion cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
The extension cord should be a 3-wired grounding-type cord.
The longer cord should be maintained so that it will not drape over the counter
top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

Check that all accessories are complete and the unit is not dam-
aged. Add water into water tank to the max level and brew
water for two times without coee powder, then discard the
water. Clean all detachable parts thoroughly with warm water.
USING YOUR COFFEE MAKER

Open the top lid and fill the water tank with drinking water.
The water level should not exceed the maximum level
marked on the water gauge.
Place the funnel into the funnel support and make sure the
funnel is assembled correctly. Then put the lter correctly.
Add coee powder into filter. Usually a cup of coee need a
level spoon of coee powder, but you may adjust according
to personal taste. Then close the top lid.
Place the carafe on the keeping warm plate.
Plug the power cord into the outlet. The LCD will display
AM12:00 and AM12 00 will flash.
KNOW YOUR COFFEE MAKER BEFORE FIRST USE
CONTROL PANEL
Press on/ off button once, the indicator in it will be illumi-
nated blue. The appliance will begin working.
The brewing process can be interrupted by pressing the
on/off button once at any time during operation, The appli-
ance will continue brewing once on/ois pressed again.
Note: You can take out the jug, pour and serve at any time.
The appliance will stop dripping automatically. But the
time cannot exceed 30 seconds.
Remove out carafe to serve when finish brewing (about
one minute later after the coffee stops dripping out.)
Note: the coee you get will less than the water you have
added, as some water is absorbed by coee ground.
When the process is finished, if you do not want to serve
immediately, keep the coee maker is energized, the
coee can be kept warm in the keeping warm plate. The
appliance will be cut off power automatically after two
hours if it has not been manually disconnected at the com-
pletion of brewing. For an optimum coee taste, serve it
just after brewing.
Always turn the coffee maker off and disconnect the power
supply when not use.

carafe is empty, otherwise the coffee in the carafe will rush
to the bottom of carafe lid, and the coffee will flow out from
two edges of lid and hurt person!
AUTOMATIC START FUNCTION
If you do not want the coffee maker to start operation immedi-
ately, for example now it is PM 5:10, you hope that the coffee
maker will automatically start at PM 8:15 in the evening, first
follow steps 1 to 5 of above section, then you can set the auto-
matic start function as follows:
CAUTION: When pour coee, the momentary inclined
angle of carafe shall not be more than 45 degree from the

at the up-right corner on display.
Press the Hour and Minute button continuously to set the
present time (real clock), that is PM 5:10 , (See fig. 1). If you
not press and hold the Hour and Minute button for 15S, the
word CLOCK will not showed on display.
NOTE: the time cycle is 12 hours.

Press Program button again and the word Time shows on
up-left corner of display.
Set the delayed starting time by pressing Hour and Minute
button repetitively, that is PM 8:15 (see Fig. 2).
After setting the presetting time, press the Program button
once, the letter TIMER on the LCD will disappear. The LCD
will display the current clock. The unit will begin to brewing
coee when the delayed brew time come.
Press the on/off button once, the indicator in it will illumi-
nate blue .
NOTE: You may cancel the automatic start function by
pressing on/off button once to stop machine, if you want
to brew coffee again immediately, you shall press on /off
button once to start brewing immediately. If you want to
change the automatic start time, only following the above
1-4 steps again.
When the time is due the indicator will illuminate green, then
the unit starts brewing. The appliance will be cut off power
automatically after two hours if it has not been manually
disconnected at the completion of brewing.
If the power supply has been broken o or unplug the power
cord unintentionally during operation, the appliance will be
continued previous operation automatically from the point
when the disconnection occurred provided that the pause
does not exceed 20s, even without pressing any button. In the
event the pause time exceeds 20, the display shows the default
setting, the appliance must be re-started.

CAUTION: Before performing any cleaning operations, the
machine must be turned off and disconnected from the mains
power supply. Never immerse the coffee machine in water.
After each brew is complete and the coffee grounds have
cooled, discard the paper filter. Take out the removable filter
holder, rinse, and wash with soap and warm water. If using a

permanent filter, dump the grounds into the trash and wash
the filter by hand with warm, soapy water or place on the top
rack of the dishwasher.
NOTE: If coffee grounds spill over into the filter holder,
remove the filter holder and rinse it.
We recommend cleaning your carafe with warm, soapy water,
or placing it on the top rack of your dishwasher. If you want to
clean the carafe more thoroughly, we recommend using a soft
To keep your coffee maker operating efficiently, you should
clean away the mineral deposits left by the water regularly
according to the water quality in your area and the
frequency use the appliance, the detail is as follows:
Fill the water tank with water and descaler to the maximum
level in the gauge of coffee maker (the scale of water and
descaler is 4:1, the detail refers to the instruction of
descaler. Please use “household descaler”, you can use
the citric acid instead of the descaler (the one hundred
parts of water and three parts of citric acid).
Place the carafe on the keeping warm plate, pay attention
to let center line of carage aligns with that of brew basket.
Press the on/auto/off button once and the indicator in it
will be illuminated Blue. After a while, water will drop out
automatically.
After percolate the equivalent of one cup and then switch
off the appliance by pressing the on/auto/off button twice.
The indicator in it will be illuminated blue and will be
extinguished after 15s.
Leave the solution work for 15 minutes, repeat the steps of
3-5 again.
Turn the appliance on by pressing the on/auto/off button
once and run off the water until the water tank is
completely empty.
Rinse by operating the appliance with water at least 3
times.
A clean coffee maker is essential for making great-tasting
coffee. Regularly clean the coffee maker as specified in the
“CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” section. Always use

fresh, cold water in the coffee maker.
Store unused coffee powder in a cool, dry place. After
opening a package of coffee powder, reseal it tightly and
store it in a refrigerator to maintain its freshness.
For an optimum coffee taste, buy whole coffee beans and
finely grind them just before brewing.
Do not reuse coffee powder since this will greatly reduce
the coffee’ flavor. Reheating coffee is not recommended
as coffee is at its peak flavor immediately after brewing.
Clean the coffee maker when over-extraction causes
oiliness. Small oil droplets on the surface of brewed, black
coffee are due to the extraction of oil from the coffee
powder.
Oiliness may occur more frequently if heavily roasted
coffees are used.
