Watch McQueen race in this infrared remote control vehicle. We’ve
made a large button remote control that’s easy to access. Press one
button and McQueen races forward, press the other button and
McQueen moves backwards and turns. Car size: 4"L x 2½"W x
2½"H; Remote size: 4½"L x 5½"W x 2"H. Car requires 2 AAA
Batteries; Remote requires 2 AAA Batteries. Weight: ¾ lb.

Operation:
1. McQueen Car requires 2 AAA batteries (Not included). Use
alkaline batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not
use rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries
because they supply lower voltage and the unit will not perform
properly. Never mix old and new batteries together or different
brands or types together.
2. To install the batteries, turn the car over. Next remove the screw
located in-between the front wheels and lift the cover off. Install
2 AAA batteries following proper (+) & (-) battery placement.
Replace cover and push the McQueen Car’s Power On switch
located on the top of the back windshield to wake him up.
3. To install the battery for the big button remote control, turn the
remote over and slide the battery cover door off. Install 2 AAA
batteries paying close attention to proper battery polarity.
Replace the battery compartment cover. Please Note: The
remote has no ON/OFF switch. When storing the remote make
sure nothing depresses the top two buttons to prevent battery
drain.
4. This big button controller allows the user to move McQueen Car
forward and a reverse circle. Slight pressure on the control
button in either of the two directions will drive McQueen Car in
that direction. Once you release pressure on the button
McQueen Car will stop. McQueen Car uses IR (infrared not RF,
radio frequency) to control him much like a TV remote works, so
he needs to be in line of sight for the remote to control him
properly. If not you will have no control over McQueen Car with
the remote control.
5. When the car is inactive for more than 3 minutes it will turn itself
off. This will help conserve battery power. To wake McQueen Car
press on the Power On button again. If McQueen Car is not
going to be used for a long period of time, e.g. one month or
longer, we recommend removing the batteries from McQueen
Car and controller during storage to prevent battery drain or
leakage, which can cause damage to McQueen Car and big
button controller.
