General

This informational service notice, InfoT-1282, is for ImagePRO-II Jr. (P/N: R9004695).

Due to a manufacturing error, units built and shipped between May 2015 and April 2016

were loaded with a previous version of released software. To ensure the best possible

user experience, install the latest official release, onto your ImagePRO-II Jr. Always check

the Website or ftp.folsom.com site for the latest software concerning any Barco Image

Processing product.

Phenomenon

Under the Setup menu, go to the Tech Support menu to verify the version of software

currently running on the ImagePRO-II Jr. If the version is lower than the current

release posted to the Website or FTP site, download the latest version of software and

upgrade your unit.

Cause

Systems manufactured between May 2015 and April 2016 were incorrectly loaded with

an older release of software, for this one specific version of ImagePRO-II.

Solution

Download the latest version of firmware from the Barco Website or Folsom FTP site.
