A delivery service for Amazon SG sellers that have warehouses available in Singapore. When you choose Amazon Easy Ship, your

orders are picked up from your location by an Amazon Logistics delivery associate and delivered to your buyers' doorstep with

minimal effort from you.

Easy Ship also allows your customers to track their orders and delivery date.

Ideal for: Sellers who have their own warehouse and are selling a large variety of products with tighter margins and want to leave

delivery work to Amazon.

To enroll into Amazon Easy Ship: https://sellercentral.amazon.sg/easyship/panjeekaran/accountSettings

Note: Amazon Easy Ship does not support multiple locations at this time. Only register if you can ship all your orders from a

single location.

If your postcode is within coverage, you will be allowed to proceed with the registration.

Please make sure that you read this

section and the Amazon Easy Ship

Service Terms before you click ‘Save’.

Once you press ‘Save’ you will be

registered on Amazon Easy Ship and will

start getting orders for scheduling pick

ups. Please do not arrange offline self-

ship for these orders.

For orders that are not eligible for

Amazon Easy Ship, you can still confirm

shipment by arranging your own self-

ship. Please refer to Product restriction

help page for more detail.

Registration Process (3/4)

•Pickup slot: Selected from 4 pick up slot available:

9AM-6PM, 9AM-12PM, 12PM-3PM, 3PM-6PM per

business day.

•Package dimensions: You can save custom package

sizes for future usage here.

•Printing setting –choose either single or multiple

labels per sheet option. If you choose ‘multiple

shipping labels per sheet’.

•Save each setting individually.

After registration is completed, you should be able to see ‘Amazon Easy Ship settings’ under ‘Settings’ > ‘Account info’ page.

You can change your warehouse location/other settings by clicking on the ‘Amazon Easy Ship settings’ link.

Amazon Easy Ship Shipping Settings (1/2)

After registration, you can access Easy Ship shipping settings under ‘Settings’ > ‘Shipping Settings’ and select ‘Amazon Easy Ship’

tab. You can configure buyer facing shipping fee here.

Unlike Self-ship or typical Merchant-fulfilled, you do not need to create any shipping templates for Amazon Easy Ship. Amazon will

manage Transit Time for your shipments based on your shipping location.

Manage Orders

Once you receive orders and head to Manage Orders (Orders > Manage Orders), all your eligible ASINs will have “Schedule

Pickup” for you to use Amazon Easy Ship. Orders received outside of Amazon Easy Ship’s delivery zone or products not eligible

for Amazon Easy Ship should be self-shipped by you. You can easily spot them with the “Confirm Shipment” button.

Note: Sellers need to ensure orders are handed over to the assigned carrier on or before the ‘ship by date’ to avoid late deliveries. To make sure you meet

this deadline, please process the orders at least one day prior to ship by date.

Input the dimensions/weight of the final packaging you

are going to ship, not the dimensions of the item

purchased. Click on ‘Get slots’ to view available slots and

the estimated Amazon Easy Ship fee.

Click on ‘Schedule pickup’ to receive confirmation and

print shipping label.

Note: Currently, we offer pickup slot options across 2 business days (9AM –6PM/9AM-12PM/12PM-3PM/3PM-6PM) for the same business day or the

next business day. Please make sure to schedule your pickups 2 hours before your preferred pick up slot.

To schedule orders in bulk, select all the orders you want to schedule and click on ‘Schedule pickup’ as highlighted below.

Note: Please only select Amazon Easy Ship orders before clicking ‘Schedule pickup’. Selecting self-ship orders will lead to an error.

Once the bulk pick up schedule is processed (takes a few minutes after clicking ‘refresh’), please download the shipping labels

by clicking ‘Download Shipping Labels’ under Actions.

Please ensure that you do not ship any prohibited products (such as hazardous materials) and adhere to the Amazon Easy Ship packaging and labelling requirements.
