Be careful about following matters to prevent from breaking.

●Before installing on the pipe,remove dust or forign particle and make pipe inside clean.

●Available for fluid that does not give any damage to SUS, Solder & Brass of the element.

●Do not give static electricity to it because of electronic apparatus.

●Make sure to use another spanner at the hexagonal portion of connector when connect it to the pipe.

●Make sure to use within allowable fluid temparature range. When using fluid out of allowable fluid

temparature range, cool it down to allowable fluid temparature by a Pipe Siphon and so on.

●Do not disassemble. ●Do not drop. ●Do not paint. ●Install it less than 10m/s (Vibration).

Reserve wiring procedure may damage the Pressure Sensor due to static electrisity.

●Connect with direct current power supply with low noise and low serge.

●When wiring cable, Connector should be inserted into the Pressure Sensor at the last stage.

●Do not apply withstand voltage 1500VAC or more to the sensor because it will cause destruction of the sensor.

●Internal electronic parts should be damaged with power supply more than DC 6V,and also with improper wiring.

Combination between pressure and output voltage

of current will be as follows;

・Insuration Resistance ：100MΩ or more at 500V.DC megger

・Dielectric Strength ：1500V.AC for 1 minute, or 1800V.AC for 1 second

Type NSK pressure sensor is absolute pressure type.The pressure 1013hPa is definded as 0 MPa.

・Power Supply ：DC 5V±5%

・Output ：DC 0.5 to 4.5V (The output of NSK type will be in proportion of power supply. )

・Current Consumption ：10mA or less

・Load Resistance ：10kΩ or more

・Protection（IP）：IP66（water proof）

・Wight ：About 50g

The pressure sensor can be installad at any position. Direct Installation to a pipe is possible because

the sensor is small and light.
