2. BATTERIJEN PLAATSEN EN KLOK INSTELLEN

RAIN BIRD WTA 2875 WATER TIMER

Thank you for choosing Rain Bird . We recommend that you carefully

read the following instructions in order to use your new Rain Bird water

timer to its full capacity.

Your Rain Bird WTA 2875 water timer screws directly onto a standard

water faucet ( 3/4” or 21X 27 )

1. CONTROL PANEL :

Arrow

Hour dial (black outer dial A) indicates watering start time and will

set current time (built-in clock). The dial is marked from 1-24 in hours.

Watering run time (white inner dial B) used to set watering time

from 30 seconds to 2 hours. It is also used to manually start watering by

setting the dial in the “ON” position or to stop watering by setting the

dial in the “OFF” position.

Watering frequency (small white knob C) used to select the watering

frequency: Watering every 8 hours/every 12 hours/once a day/once

every 2 days/once every 3 days or once a week.

Let op: Verwijder om corrosie te voorkomen de batterijen als de

timer lange tijd niet gebruikt wordt. Wij raden u aan om uw timer op een

beschutte plaats te bewaren wanneer u de timer lange tijd niet gebruikt

(bijvoorbeeld : winter).

De inwendige klok keert terug naar de tijd op de uren draaiknop (A)

als de batterijen zijn verwijderd en weer opnieuw worden geplaatst.

Zet de zwarte draaiknop (A)

op de huidige tijd voor dat uw

de batterijen plaatst. Verwijder

de deksel van het batterijvak en

plaats 2 x 1,5 V alkaline batteri-

jen type AA LR6 in de batterij

patroonhouder. Zorg dat de “-

/+” tekens op de batterijen

kloppen met de tekens op de

houder. Stop het batterijvak

terug in de timer.

Zodra de batterijen geplaatst zijn en

het batterijvak terug is gestopt in de hou-

der zal de low Batt. Set clock LED oplichten

voor ongeveer 10 seconden .De ingebouw-

de klok is ingesteld op de huidige tijd die

wordt aangegeven door de buitenste zwar-

te draaiknop (A). U kunt nu het sproeien

programmeren.

Dank u voor het kiezen van Rain Bird . Wij raden u aan de volgende

instructies zorgvuldig door te lezen om volledig gebruik te maken van de

mogelijkheden van uw nieuwe Rain Bird kraancomputer.

Uw Rain Bird WTA-2875 kunt u direct op een standaard buitenkraan

schroeven. ( 3/4” or 21X 27 )

1. CONTROLE PANEEL :

Flêche

Uren Draaiknop (buitenste zwarte draaiknop A) geeft de starttijd

van het sproeien aan en stelt de huidige tijd in. (ingebouwde klok). De

draaiknop is gemarkeerd van 1 - 24 in uren.

Beregeningsduur (binnenste witte draaiknop B) wordt gebruikt om

de beregeningsduur in te stellen van 30 seconden tot 2 uur. Hij wordt

ook gebruikt om het sproeien handmatig te starten door de draaiknop in

de “ON” positie te zetten of om het sproeien te stoppen door de

draaiknop in de “OFF” positie te zetten.

Sproei frequentie (kleine witte knop C) wordt gebruikt om de

beregeningsfrequentie te kiezen: Elke 8 uur sproeien/elke 12 uur/een

keer per dag/ een keer in de twee dagen/een keer in de drie dagen of een

keer in de week.

2. BATTERY INSTALLATION AND CLOCK SETTING:

Note: To prevent corrosion, remove batteries when the timer is not in use for

long time periods. We recommend that you store your timer in a sheltered

location when it is not in use for a long time period (example: winter).

The internal clock reverts to the time on the hour dial (A) if batteries

are removed and then reinstalled.

Set the black dial (A) to the

current hour before installing

the batteries. Remove the bat-

tery compartment cover (F)

and install 2x1,5 V alkaline

batteries type AA LR6 in the

battery cartridge holder. Make

sure to match the “-/+” mar-

kings on the batteries to the

holder. Reinsert the battery

holder into the timer.

Important :

Do not use rechargeable batteries.

As soon as the batteries are installed and

the battery holder is reinserted into the

timer, the LOW BATT./SET LOCK will light

up for approximately 10 seconds.The built-

in clock is set to the current time indicated

by the outer black dial (A). You can now

program your watering.

3. PROGRAMMING YOUR AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION:

Set the black dial (A) on the hour you wish to start watering. The

hour should be under the arrow. The black dial (A) is marked in 1-hour

increments.

Then set the white dial (B) to the desired watering run time under

the arrow.

6. DETECAO DE PILHA FRACA:

Se o LED (piloto) Pilha Fraca/Definir Relógio ("Low Batt/Set Clock")

piscar, é sinal de que há um problema:

- Pilhas fracas : O LED (piloto) (E) piscará até que as pilhas estejam

completamente descarregadas ou sejam substituídas.

De qualquer forma, recomendamos que as pilhas sejam substituídas

pelo menos uma vez ao ano, no início de cada temporada de rega.

- Um dos mostradores está inadequadamente posicionado abaixo da

seta entre 2 marcas: Nesse caso, o LED (piloto) piscará mais depressa.

Then turn the small white knob (C) to the desired watering frequency.

1st watering day :

To set the 1st day in a watering cycle , set the frequency knob (C) on

“1st Day/Reset”. You can then decide when the 1st watering cycle should

start by pressing the small white “Manual/1st Day” button (D). Consult

the following chart.

Opção 2 :

Você deseja regar imediatamente, sem esperar pela hora programada-

porém com o mesmo tempo programado para a irrigação automática

(de 30 segundos a 2 horas). Pressione o pequeno botão branco (D)

Manual / Primeiro Dia (“Manual / 1st Day”) uma vez. A rega iniciará,

funcionará pelo tempo programado e parará automarticamente.

5. VERIFICACAO DA FUNCAO RELOGIO:

Você poderá certificar-se de que o relógio interno do temporizador

está acertado com a hora atual. Coloque o botão Freqüência de Irrigação

(“Irrigation Frequency”) na posição “CHKCLK”. Acerte o mostrador de

hora preto (A) com a hora atual abaixo da seta. Se o relógio interno

estiver corretamente programado, o LED (piloto) (E) piscará. Caso

contrário, repita os passos para acertar o relógio descritos no item 2.

Your timer is now programmed for automatic watering

You can now screw the Rain Bird WTA 2875 to the faucet. Screw the

black adapter in the box to the bottom of the timer. The adapter accepts

quick-click hose connectors.

To modify the program , just set the dials to the desired positions.

4. MANUAL WATERING

You can use the Rain Bird WTA 2875 to manually start watering:

Option 1(watering On/Off):

You want to water for an unlimited time period. Set the Watering

Run Time dial (B) to “ON” under the arrow. Watering will start in

approximately 2 seconds and continue until you set the “Watering Run

Time” dial (B) to “OFF”. If you wish to return to automatic watering,

follow the steps described above in point 3.

4. REGA MANUAL:

Você poderá usar o Rain Bird WTA 2875 para iniciar a rega

manualmente:

Opção 1 (rega On/Off):

Você quer regar por um período ilimitado. Coloque o mostrador

“Tempo de Rega” (“Watering Run Time”) (B) na posição “ON” abaixo da

seta. A rega iniciará em aproximadamente 2 segundos e continuará até

que você coloque o mostrador “Tempo de Rega” (“Watering Run Time”)

(B)na posição “OFF”. Se você desejar voltar à rega automática, siga os

passos descritos no item 3 acima.

You wish to water immediately without waiting for the programmed

start time but with the same programmed run time used in automatic

irrigation (30 seconds to 2 hours).Press the small white button (D)

marked “Manual/1st Day” once. Watering will start, operate for the

programmed run time, and then automatically stop.

5. CHECK CLOCK FUNCTION:

You can make sure that the timer's internal clock matches the current

hour .Place the “Irrigation Frequency” knob (C) on position “CHKCLK”.

Then set the black hour dial (A) to the current hour under the arrow. If

the internal clock is correctly programmed, the LED (E) will flash. If not

repeat the clock setting steps described in point 2.

Para definir o primeiro dia de um ciclo de rega, coloque o botão de

freqüência (C) na posição “Primeiro Dia/Redefinição” (“1st Day/Reset”).

Então você poderá decidir o início do ciclo da primeira rega pressionando

o pequeno botão branco (D) “Manual/Primeiro Dia” (“Manual/1st

6. LOW BATTERY DETECTION:

If the “Low Batt /Set Clock LED” (E) flashes , there is a problem:

- Low batteries : The LED (E) flashes until the batteries are completely

dead or replaced.

At any rate, we recommend that you replace the batteries at least

once a year at the beginning of each watering season.

- One of the dials is improperly set under the arrow between 2 markings

In that case the LED flashes more rapidly
