This guide provides typical installation instructions. Please bear in mind that building codes vary and the technician
installing the Panic Button units is responsible for compliance with any relevant codes.

Installation Kit
● Panic Button with 6 ft. long USB cable
Due to differences in installation styles and locations, it is the responsibility of the
customer to supply the #4 screws to physically install the Panic Button.
General Mounting Guidelines
Recommended locations for installing Panic Buttons include:
1) Per ADA standards do not mount lower than 3.5 ft or higher than 4.5
ft above finished floor
2) In common areas
3) Under Administrative desks
Mounting the Panic Button
The Panic Button can be mounted under a desk for security reasons.
Use #4 screws to install the Panic Button into place.
Connecting to the Computer
Plug the USB end into an empty USB slot of the Computer.
Testing
Testing will be administered after Panic Button Configuration is complete.
