Assembly, operation and servicing. Here the instructions explain
exactly what to do.
SYMBOLS ON THE MACHINE
Carefully read the instructions before handling the machine. Observe
instructions and safety rules at all times.
Shut off engine and remove power cord before performing cleaning,
maintenance or repair work.
Danger - objects may be thrown out at high speed when the motor
is running. Keep children, pets and bystanders away from the work
area.
RESIDUAL RISKS
Due to the nature of the product, there are some residual risks that remain,
despite following all the safety instructions. However, by following the
instructions, the following risks can be minimised:
• Failure to observe the safety precautions can lead to injury to the operator
or damage to property.
• Stones or lumps of soil may be thrown from the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum.
• Risk from electricity, by using non-standard electrical connections.
Touching live parts of opened electrical components.
• Damage to hearing when working for extended periods of time without use
of ear protection.
Beware of rotating parts. Keep hands and feet away from openings
while the machine is operating.
Wear eye and ear protection.
Protect against moisture.
Dispose of electrical items in accordance with local authority
guidelines.

SSEMBLY
1. Attach the
lower handle
section to the
connection on
the main unit
using the bolt
a
nd wing nut
provided.
5. Turn the
collection bag
handle in a
clockwise
direction to
secure the bag
to the 3 in 1
Garden
Vacuum.
6. Attach the clip on the
collection bag (10) to
the collection bag
hook (6).
7. Plug the blower
hose (7) into
the connector
on the suction
funnel (17).
8. Hang the Blower hose (7)
on the bracket.
9. Fit the extension tubes
(11) onto their holders
when not in use.
10. Fit the power cable over
the Power cord clip (3).
Ensure the cable is not
pulled too tightly and that
there is enough slack.
Switch on the 3 in 1
Garden Vacuum by
pressing the
switch to the
I position.

fix the cable onto the
lower handle section (9).

and the wing nut provided.
BEFORE USE
• Check all parts for damage before use. Do NOT use if any part is damaged in
any way.
• Check to ensure the work area is clear from larger items of debris (including
stones, fir cones, etc.) which could block the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum and cause
the motor to overheat.
• Check to ensure that all fixings are secure and tighten if necessary.

PERATION
The 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum can be used to pick a variety of light materials
including dry leaves, grass cuttings, small twigs, paper, etc.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum to pick up larger, heavier materials such
a
s stones, larger twigs and branches, fir cones, glass, metal, etc.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum to vacuum or blow any liquids, especially
flammable liquids.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum to vacuum or blow any hot or explosive
materials, such as cigarettes, matches, hot ash, etc.
Do NOT use on gravel.
TO USE AS A GARDEN VACUUM:
• Fit the collection bag and ensure that the zip is securely
fastened.
• Move the suction funnel slowly and evenly over the material
to be removed to suck it up and shred it. Do NOT press it
into the leaves.
• If the suction power begins to decrease, the bag will need
emptying. Switch off the 3in1 Garden Vacuum, unplug from
the mains, open the zip and empty the bag.
• Once material is removed, turn the collection bag handle
anti-clockwise and remove. Connect the Blower Hose
Connector to the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum in place of the
collection bag, plug in and start the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum to
remove residual leaf build-up.
TO USE AS A BLOWER USING THE BLOW NOZZLE:
• Ensure the collection bag is removed from the 3 in 1 Garden
Vacuum.
• Secure the blower hose to the suction funnel to the 3 in 1
Garden Vacuum by turning the connector clockwise and
attaching the other end to the suction funnel and start the
machine.
• Air is blown out through the blow nozzle (15). Push the
machine slowly and move slowly from one side to the other
to clear the area.
TO USE AS A BLOWER USING THE BLOW HOSE:
Ensure the collection bag is removed from the 3 in 1 Garden
Vacuum.
• Attach the blow hose in place of the collection bag, attach
the extension tubes to the end of the blow hose and start
the machine.
• Move the blow tube around slowly, a few centimetres from
the ground, to clear the area.
• If work is interrupted the extension hose can be mounted on
its holder.
ADJUSTING THE SUCTION FUNNEL POSITION:
The suction funnel can be used in two positions: horizontal
and tilted. To switch between the two positions, loosen the
height adjustment knob (14) and tilt the handle forwards for
the horizontal position or toward you for the tilted position
before securing the height adjustment knob.
Horizontal Ideal for cleaning flat, level surfaces such as
doorways, terraces, footpaths. High suction levels
in this position.
Tilted Ideal for lawns, decking, and less even paved
surfaces. Suction levels are slightly reduced
in this position.
Always switch the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum off and unplug from the mains before
switching between functions or adjusting the suction funnel position.
WARNING
• Ensure that you are familiar with the equipment before use by reading and
fully understanding the instruction manual.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum for any purpose other than that
detailed in this instruction manual.
• Ensure you have a firm footing and good balance at all times during use.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum when tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication which may impair your ability to operate the item.
• A single momentary lapse in concentration during use may result in serious
injury.
• Always wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment during use, including
gloves, sturdy non-slip footwear, eye and ear protection and (if necessary) a
dust mask.
Do NOT wear loose fitting clothing or jewellery and ensure that long hair is
tied back. Wear trousers to protect legs.
• Clear any foreign objects from the work area before use.
• Keep the work area clear at all times. Keep children, pets and bystanders away
from the work area.
Do NOT use the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum during rain or in damp conditions or
when visibility is poor.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Never leave the machine unattended. Always switch off and unplug after use
CLEANING
• Always switch off the 3 in 1 Garden Vacuum and unplug from the mains before
cleaning.
• Remove dust and dirt with a soft cloth or brush.
Do NOT clean with water or high-pressure cleaners.
Do NOT use solvents.
• To clean the bag, detach the bag and shake thoroughly, turn inside out and
then brush remaining debris from the bag.
• Once a year, or when the bag is extremely soiled, hand wash the bag using a
mild detergent. Allow fully to dry before storage.
STORAGE
• Store in a secure, dry place out of the reach of children.
• Before prolonged storage, clean thoroughly.
or when transporting between different sites.
• Always ensure the power cable is kept to the rear of the machine.
• Maintain a safe working distance from the machine at all times.
Do NOT run when using the machine.
Do NOT point the suction hose or blower hose at people, animals or any
objects that could be damaged by blown debris.
Do NOT lift the machine while it is running.
Do NOT carry the machine by the power cable.
Do NOT pull on the power cable to unplug the machine, always grasp the

lug.
• Keep the power cable away from sources of heat, oil and sharp edges.
• For outdoor use only.
• Only use extension cables which are suitable for outdoor use.
• Always use an RCD circuit breaker when using this machine.
Do NOT tip the machine onto its side when powered.
• Due to live components, do not spray with water or allow to get wet.
• Ensure that all air vents are kept free from obstructions at all times.
• Any repairs or maintenance must be carried out by a qualified electrician or
garden machinery service centre.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POTENTIAL CAUSE POTENTIAL SOLUTION
Motor not starting. No mains power. Check plug is connected & switched on.
Check fuse.
Damaged power cable. Contact authorised service centre.
Damage to motor or switch. Contact authorised service centre.
Reduced suction power. There is a blockage in the machine. Clean the machine, remove the blockage. If unable to remove
blockage, contact authorised service centre.
Full bag. Empty bag.
DISPOSAL
Waste electric products should not be disposed of with household waste.
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local Authority or retailer
for recycling advice.
PACKAGING
• Dispose of packaging at your local recycling centre.
• Dispose of paper and carton separately from plastic bags at your local
recycling centre.
• Dispose of item at the end of its lifespan at your local authorised household
waste recycling centre.
