M Shoulder Bolts (2)

Open all packaging and

ensure the listed pas are

present.

Install the two wheels (H)

into the threaded inses

using the shoulder bolts

(M) and the large allen bit

provided. Then, aach

the hubcaps (I) to the

outside of the wheels.

Install all 4 ca posts (B)

onto the ca base (A) and

align the holes. (Don’t

worry, it doesn’t maer

which end is up or down).

Then aach each ca

post using one of the ca

screws (S). Do not tighten

the screws fully yet.

Lift the ca upper (D)

onto the ca posts. Make

sure to place the kele

side of the ca upper

over the wheels. Align the

holes of the ca posts.

Place the other four ca

screws (S) into the holes

on the ca upper.

If you have trouble

aligning the holes of the

ca posts, try loosening

the other screws on that

post, then try again.

Once all the screws are

threaded properly, rmly

tighten all of the upper

and lower ca screws.

*Re-adjust and center holes

Remove styrofoam

packaging, and identify

the nylon straps handles

wrapped around the

kele. Do not remove the

kele from the box yet.

Using the straps, lift the

kele o the foam and

carefully set it into the

ca. The dial should be

facing towards you, with

the wheels on the left.

Unbuckle the straps and

slide them carefully out

from beneath the kele.

Then carefully remove the

plastic wrap surrounding

the kele.

To secure the kele

to the ca, you’ll use

the four kele clamps

(R), four ca mounting

screws (J) and the

screwdriver. Screw

two kele clamps into

the side of the kele,

underneath the side

table. Then screw the

other two kele clamps

to the boom of the

kele using the front left

and right mounting holes.

Install the handle (E)

using the two handle

screws and washers

with the screws facing

down.

Install the heat spreader

(K) for even heat across

the cooking grates.

The heat spreader helps

provide the largest

cooking area, and a more

gradual heat dierential

between the center and

edges of the grill. See

the User Manual for more

information and alternate

congurations.

Place the Briq Pan (F) into

the drawer. Then place

the side table (Q) onto

the ca.

Place the grates (G) into

the kele with the at

suace facing up.

Plug in the power cord (N)

on the underside of the

kele.

The temperature probe

inputs can be found on

the lower right side of

the kele.

Power input

Using the cord straps,

secure the power cord (P)

along the underside of

the side table and down

the leg of the ca.
