ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Lay!chair!seat!and!chair!back!on!ground!as!shown!in!

photo!at!right.!Insert!a!3!½”!carr iag e!b o lt!a t!the !b o tto m !

of!the!chair!back!from!inside!out!to!hold!chair!back!and!!

chair!seat!together.!Do!not!add!washer!and!locking!nut.!!

This!is!just!to!hold!in!place.!!

2) Rest!the!chair!seat!and!chair!back!on!the!box!! !

that!the!chair!came!in.!!

3) Take!the!left!arm!rest!and!place!bolts!in!each!predrilled!

hole!on!the!front!and!back!leg.!Use!a!3!½”!carriage!bolt!on!!

the!front!leg!an d !a!4!½ ”!carria ge !bolt!o n!the !ba ck!leg .!You!

will!insert!bolts!just!far!enough!so!they!are!showing!thro u gh!

on!the!back!side.!!

4) Align!the!bolts!with!the!preJdrilled!holes!on!the!left!side!of!

the!chair!seat.!!

Note:!!The!bolt!in!the!back!leg!of!the!arm!rest!will!run!through!

the!leg!of!the!arm !rest,!the!se at!bo ttom!and!the!bo ttom !o f!the!

chair!back.!This!should!push!the!3!½”!carriage!bolt!in!the!chair!!

back!and!seat!bottom!(which!was!inserted!in!step!1)!out.!!

5) Repeat!steps!3!and!4!on!opposite!side!and!tighten.!Use!hammer!to!

set!carriage!bolts.!Use!!½”!ratchet!to!tighten!all!bolts!with!a!washer!

and!locking!nut.!!

Product!should!look!like!photo!at!right.!

6) Align!th e !p re J drilled!holes!in!the!back!of!the!arm!rest!!

and!the!middle!of!the!chair!back.!Insert!3!½”!carriage!bolt.!!

8) !Repeat!on!opposite!side!to!complete!assem bly.!

7)!!Use!a!hammer!to!set!the!carriage!

bolt.!Then!add!the!washer!and!locking!

nut!and!tighten!using!½”!wrench.!!
