PARTS NAME/ FUNCTION:
A: (Speaker) Volume control: Volume Up/Down
B: (Microphone) Mute button: Temporarily stop (mute) the microphone function. Microphone ON/OFF
C: LED: Blue light when power on, Red lights when microphone is mute.
CONNECTION METHOD:
Turn on the PC and connect USB handset to the PC USB port after the operation system is fully activated. The driver will be installed automatically by just connecting.
SETTING UP THE PERSONAL COMPUTER:
When replacing the connector or changing the setting while operating the application, it may not be recognized immediately.
Please shut down the application and restart it. .
Depending on the application to be used, it is necessary to set "audio device" on the application side.
For Windows 10, 8.1, and 8
1. Right-Click the sound icon shown on the taskbar.
2. Select Sound from the context menu.
3. Select USB Audio Device and click Set as Default Value
4. Click [OK] to save your changes.
Windows 7
1. Click [Start], and then click [Control Panel].
2. Click [Sound] in Windows 7 .
3. Under the Sound tab, Click [Manage Audio Devices] .
4. On the Playback tab, Select USB Audio Device, and then click the [Set Default button].
5. On the Recording tab, Select USB Audio Device, and then click the [Set Default button].
6. Click [OK] to save your changes.
Mac OS
1. Open the System Preference.
2. Click the [Sound] icon.
3. Click the Input tab, and then click USB Audio Device.
4. Click the Output tab, and then click USB Audio Device.
Skype setting (Windows):
1. Click [Other] on the Skype main screen.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Open "Audio / Video"
Select USB Audio Device from "Default communication device" of "microphone".
Select USB Audio Device from "Default communication device" of "Speaker".
4. Please adjust the volume of Microphone/Speaker.
Skype setting is now complete. Please note that the Setting methods and steps may be differ between skype versions.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Q1) Is it possible to connect the USB handset to a USB hub?
A1) When connecting this product, please connect directly to the USB port of the personal computer main body or connect it to a USB hub (self
powered hub) with an AC adapter. It may not be usable with the keyboard or the USB port of the LCD monitor.
Q2) Although this product is connected, no sound comes out from the handset, and a sound comes out from the "speaker of PC main unit". Or,
you cannot input voice.
A2) "Speaker of PC main unit" is set to the speaker which is given priority in PC setting, and also about microphone
The device is set up. Please refer to "4. Setting of PC" and change the setting so that this product has priority.
Q3) If you try to listen to music on the PC's speaker while connecting this product, the handset sounds.
A3) Please refer to "4. Setting of PC" and set the speaker which is given priority in PC setting to "speaker of PC main unit". Or unplug this product
from the PC. It switches automatically. If you replace the connector while the application is running, it may not be recognized immediately.
Please shut down the application and restart it.
Q4) The microphone volume is low.
A4) Depending on the type of personal computer and initial setting, the volume of the microphone may be small. In that case, please adjust the
volume of the microphone and "AGC" setting
1. Click the "Recording" tab, double-click the corresponding microphone, "Microphone Properties" will be displayed.
2. Click the "Level" tab.
3. Slide the volume bar of "Microphone" and set it to 80 ~ 90.
4. If the Volume at this time is "Mute", please cancel it
5. Click the "Recording" tab as above and double-click the corresponding microphone to display Microphone Properties.
Click the "Custom" tab, check "AGC" and then Click "OK" to exit the control panenl.
