instructions

You have chosen a high-quality product. These operating instructions are an integral
part of this product. They contain important safety information and instructions for
use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarize yourself with all
operating and safety instructions. Only use the product as described and for the
specified applications. Keep these operating instructions in a safe place. If you give
this product to someone else, please be sure to also hand over all the documents.

2. Proper use
The product is exclusively designed for
frothing up liquids (e.g. milk, milk substitutes),
• mixing foodstuffs,
stirring creamy ingredients,
beating ingredients such as whipped cream.
It is however not suitable for processing solid or viscous ingredients.
It is only intended for private use and not suitable for commercial purposes. Only
use the product as described in this user manual. Any other use is considered
improper and may result in damage to property or persons.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages or injury incurred
through improper or incorrect use.

3. General safety instructions
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
Read all instructions.
To protect against electrical shock do not immerse the product
in water or other liquid.
This appliance should not be used by children and care
should be taken when used near children.
Do not operate the product after the product malfunctions or
has been damaged in any manner. Return the product to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or
adjustment.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
product’s manufacturer may cause injuries.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
Do not use the product for other than the intended use.
Always place the container on an easily accessible, flat,
sufficiently stable, non-slip and heat-resistant work surface or
base. Do not place it on the edge of a surface.
Do not clean the product with metal scouring pads. Pieces can
break off the pad and touch electrical parts involving a risk of
electric shock.
Do not open the housing; instead, have a qualified
professional perform repairs.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
Container must be properly in place before operating the
product.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other
utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk
of injury to persons, or damage to the mixer.

Never add ingredients to the container while the product is
operating.
When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container
or make smaller quantities at a time to reduce spillage.
Remove the accessories from the product before washing.

Only parts that comply with the original device data may
be used for repairs. This product contains electrical and
mechanical parts which are essential for providing protection
against sources of danger.
Do not use the product in damp rooms or in the rain.
Do not place the product such that there is a risk of it falling
into a tub or sink. Never reach to retrieve an electrical device
if it has fallen into water.
Never insert any objects into the housing.
Always switch the product off when you are not using it, when
you intend to clean it, or in the event of a malfunction.
If you do not intend to use the product for an extended period
of time, remove the batteries from the battery compartment.

ensure they do not play with the product.
Keep children under the age of eight away from the product.
Do not leave the product unattended while in use.
Make sure that children do not play with the plastic wrapping.
They may get caught in it when playing and suffocate.

Battery hazard!
The product contains batteries. Improper handling of
the batteries may result in fire or injury.
Do not incinerate the product even if it is severely damaged.
The batteries can explode in a fire.
Choking hazard! Keep new and used batteries away from
children.
Do never come in contact with battery acid.
Only replace the batteries with the same or an equivalent
battery type.
Always replace the whole set of batteries at one time, taking
care not to mix old and new ones, or batteries of different types.
When inserting batteries, ensure that the polarity is correct
(positive [+] and negative [–]).
Never expose batteries to excessive heat e.g. direct sunlight
or fire. Do not throw batteries in an open fire.
Never heat batteries in order to revive them.
Never disassemble the batteries, do not short circuit them and
do not recharge batteries that are not rechargeable.
Remove empty batteries from the product.
Store both new and used batteries so that they are out of the
reach of children.
If you suspect that a battery has been swallowed or otherwise
incorporated, promptly consult a physician.
Take hold of leaky batteries using gloves only and dispose of
them properly.

Stop using the product if the battery compartment does no
longer shut properly.
WARNING!
Scadling hazard!
Using the product to mix hot liquids may pose a
scalding hazard.
Avoid splashing hot liquids by using a sufficiently high
container.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the product may result in damage
to the product.
Never place the product on or near hot surfaces (stovetops
etc.).
Never expose the product to high temperatures (heaters etc.)
or to the effects of the weather (rain etc.).
Never fill the product with liquid.
Never attempt to clean the product by immersing it in water
and do not use a steam cleaner to clean it. Otherwise, you
could damage the product.
Never place the product in the dishwasher. It would be
destroyed as a result.
Stop using the product if its plastic parts exhibit cracks or
breaks or are deformed. Only replace damaged parts with
corresponding original spare parts.
Clean the product and accessories after each use (see
chapter “Cleaning”).

6. First use
6.1. Checking the product and scope of delivery
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging
with a sharp knife or other pointed object, you may
quickly damage the product.
For this reason, be very careful when opening it.
Take the product out of the packaging.
Check to make sure that all parts are included:
Main unit
Whipping stick
Mixing stick
Frothing stick
Stirring stick
Battery, ×2

Check whether the product or individual parts are damaged. If this is the case,
do not use the product. Contact the manufacturer via the service address
indicated on the warranty card.
6.2. Basic cleaning
Remove the packaging material and all plastic wrappings.
Clean all parts of the product before first use as described in the chapter „8.
Cleaning“ on page 16.
7. Operation
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Improper handling of the product may result in injury.
Do not touch the rotating accessories while the
product is in operation. They may cause injuries.
Always hold the product firmly while operating.
Do not leave the product unattended while in use.

7.1. Inserting the batteries
Open the battery compartment 8 by removing the battery hatch.
Place the batteries 7 inside the battery compartment and make sure that the
polarity is correct (positive [+] and negative [–]) (see Fig. C).
Replace the battery hatch ensuring it has securely locked in place.
7.2. Connecting/removing attachment sticks
Connect the desired attachment stick 3/4/5/6 by pushing it all the
way onto the shaft of the main unit 2 (see Fig. D and F).
To remove the attachment stick, switch off the main unit and carefully pull the
attachment stick off the shaft of the main unit (see Fig. D). While doing this, hold
the attachment stick by the joint (see Fig. E).
7.3. Using the hand mixer
Fill the ingredient to be processed into a sufficiently tall container, up to about
1/3 full.
Select the suitable attachment stick according to the needs of your recipe and
connect it to the main unit 2 as described in the chapter „7.2 Connecting/
removing attachment sticks“ on page 14.
Please note in the following recipe examples that the time required for
preparation depends on the quantity to be processed. The larger the quantity,
the longer the time required for preparation.

Frothing stick 3to froth up liquids
(e.g. milk)
Milk foam
Froth up 3.4 fl. oz. (100 ml) of
whole milk (3.5 % fat content,
approx. 149 °F (65 °C)) for
approx. 1:30 minutes.
Mixing stick 4to blend foods (e.g.
soups, drinks)
Broth
Mix approx. 17 fl. oz. (500 ml) of
liquid with instant broth powder
for approx. 15 seconds.
Scrambled eggs
Mix two medium-sized eggs for
approx. 20 seconds.
Whipping stick 5to beat ingredients
(e.g. egg white
foam, whipped
cream)
Egg white foam
Beat two egg whites for approx.
3 minutes.
Whipped cream
Beat approx. 3.4 fl. oz. (100 ml)
of cream (30% fat content) for
approx. 2 minutes until thickened
to whipped cream consistency.

Attachment Application Recipe suggestion
Stirring stick 6to stir creamy
ingredients
(e.g. yogurt,
mayonnaise)
Salad cream
Add one egg yolk and 0.5 fl. oz.
(15 ml) of vinegar to a suitable,
cylindrical container and start
stirring the ingredients.
Next, add 7 fl. oz. (200 ml) of
vegetable oil slowly bit by bit
while stirring.
Season according to taste and
keep stirring the ingredients for
approx. 2 minutes until turned into
salad cream.
Solid or viscous ingredients cannot be processed with this product.
Dip the head of the attachment stick into the ingredient while making sure the
main unit 2 stays out of contact with the ingredient.
Hold the main unit firmly and press the on/off button 1 to switch on the
product.
Carefully move the attachment stick around within the ingredient without
splashing.
Once the ingredient has reached the desired texture, press the on/off button
again to switch off the product.
To avoid splashing, don’t lift the attachment stick out of the container until all
parts of the product have stopped moving.
Milk to be frothed up should have a maximum temperature of 150°F
(65°C).

8. Cleaning
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the product may result in damage.
Do not submerge the main unit in water or other
liquids.
Do not clean the main unit in the dishwasher, as this
will destroy it.
Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with
metal or nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning
utensils such as knives, hard scrapers and the like.
They could damage the surfaces.
Clean the attachment sticks 3/4/5/6 immediately after each use.
Hold the attachment stick into a container with warm water and some mild detergent.
Switch on the product for several seconds by pressing the on/off button 1.
Remove the attachment stick from the main unit 2, as described in the chapter
„7.2 Connecting/removing attachment sticks“ on page 14, and rinse it with
clear water.
Let the attachment stick dry thoroughly.
To clean the main unit, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry thoroughly
before next use.
9. Storage
All parts must be completely dry before being stored.
Remove the batteries from the product if you don’t use it for extended periods
of time. Store the batteries in a dry, dustless and frost-free environment without
direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
Always store the product in a clean and dry area.
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
Store the product so that it is not accessible to children.

10. Disposal
10.1. Disposing of the packaging
Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of paperboard and
cardboard with the recycled paper service and wrappings with the appropriate
collection service.
10.2. Disposing of the product
Should the product no longer be capable of being used at some point in time,
dispose of it in accordance with the regulations in force in your city or state.

13. 3 year limited warranty
13.1. What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
Damage not caused by normal wear and tear or failure to follow the safety and
maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
13.2. What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear of the product, including fragile parts (such as switches,
glass, etc.);
Improper use or transport;
Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire, water, etc.);
Tampering with the product (such as removing cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also not covered under this warranty.
However, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
13.3. What is the period of coverage and warranty
resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase. At our discretion, product will
either be refunded or replaced.
13.4. What will we not do?

Start a new warranty period upon product exchange;
