CTI SL-24 stacklight Operating instructions

This document covers the twist-lock assembly, wiring for up to 5 modules, and mounting options including panel and pole installations using included adaptors. Wiring Instructions
These stacklight modules are twist-lock assembled. Remove the bottom base
module and unsnap the wire terminal to access it.
“C” terminal is Common to all connected modules.
Numbers 1 through 5 refer to the modules,
in order from the base to the top.
C = Common (Power supply ground)
1 = +24VDC for rst module
2 = +24VDC for second module
3 = +24VDC for third module
4 = +24VDC for fourth module
5 = +24VDC for fth module
Mounting Instructions
Two mounting adaptors are included with each base.
For panel-mount installation: Use the black anodized tting.
1. Slide the unthreaded end securely into the bottom of the
base module.
2. Tighten the binding screw on the inside of the base to
secure it in place.
3. The two included nuts can then be used to hold stacklight
in place on a panel or conduit box.
For pole-mount installation: Use the compression tting.
1. Screw the ½” NPT threads of the compression tting
rmly into the bottom of the base module. The base is
not threaded but the tting will “cut” threads, holding it
rmly in place. A watertight seal can be made with the
use of a silicone adhesive or other sealant.
2. The assembled unit can now be installed onto ½” EMT
conduit.
