INTRODUCTION
Congratulations for selecting BLADEZ as your primary source of fitness. BLADEZ fitness equipment
offers many exercise programs that benefit users of all levels and ages. Your new machine is
designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. Please read this entire manual
carefully before using your treadmill. This will allow you to get a full understanding of all the
features your BLADEZ’ machine provides. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the
BLADEZ Corporation or any authorized BLADEZ FITNESS distributors in your area.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
User Safety
1. Users should pass a full medical examination before they begin an exercise program. Work at the
recommended exercise level. Do not over exert yourself. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop
exercising immediately and consult your doctor.
2. Before exercising calculate your maximum heart rate using the formula shown in this manual.
3. Do warm up stretching exercises before using the unit.
4. Verify that all of the parts are attached and that the nuts, bolts, pedals and bar are correctly tightened
before use. Verify that there are not any cracks or sharp edges.
5. Do not wear loose clothing or high heels. Tie up shoe laces.
6. The maximum user weight is 350 pounds (159 Kg).
7. Keep hands away from moving parts.
8. Supervise children, invalids or disabled persons at all times. Children are curious and vulnerable to
accidents. Do not use the unit as a toy. Disabled people should not use the exercise equipment
without the assistance of a qualified person or doctor. Keep pets away from unit.
9. The owner is responsible for explaining safety instructions to each user.
10. The unit can only be used by one person at a time.
11. Wait for the unit to stop moving before stepping down.
12. Do not smoke or use fire near the equipment. Some of the plastic components are flammable.
13. Do not use the equipment in front of a burning stove and/or fireplace.
14. Persons suffering from a plastic allergy should consult their physician before using the equipment.
Unit Safety
1. For safety, maintain a minimum clearance around the unit. Maintain 18 inches on the front and on
each side of the unit plus 24 inches at the rear of the unit.
2. Always operate the unit with the safety switch (key) tether-cord securely affixed to your person
3. Install and use the unit on a flat, stable surface, with some type of protection for the floor or carpet. Do
not place it alongside walls or furniture. Check the unit before each use.
4. Please read all of the instructions before assembling or using this unit.
5. To reduce the dangers and risk of electric shock always unplug the unit from its electrical power
immediately after using, before cleaning, opening, disassembling or doing maintenance.
6. Do not place sharp objects near the exercise equipment.
7. Do not use the exercise equipment if it is not working correctly.

8. The unit should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug the unit from the electrical power
before leaving the room, when unused and before adding or removing parts.
9. Do not operate the unit under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric
shock, injury to persons or inflict the harm of a burn.
10. Use the unit only as described in this manual. Only use attachments recommended by the
manufacturer.
11. Never operate this unit if it has a damaged electrical cord or plug. Do not operate this unit if it is not
working properly. Do not operate this unit if it has been dropped or damaged. Do not operate this unit
if it has been immersed into water. Return the unit to a service center for examination and repair.
12. Do not pull or carry the unit by the electrical cord. Do not use the cord as a handle.
13. Keep the electrical cord away from heated surfaces.
14. Never operate the unit when the air openings are blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair and
the like.
15. Do not drop or insert any objects into any openings.
16. Do not use outdoors or near water.
17. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
Power Cord Safety & Grounding Instructions
This product is for use on a nominal 110-120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the
plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same
configuration as the plug. No adapter or extension cord should be used with this product. Do not
change the plug in any way.
This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding provides a path of least
resistance for electric currents, to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord
which has an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
WARNING! An improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in a risk of an
electrical shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the
product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided to you. If it does not fit the outlet, have a
proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

ASSEMBLY
Please read through these assembly instructions and familiarize yourself with each part of the treadmill
prior to commencing assembly. Always use two (2) people when moving and or assembling the treadmill

1. Lift the treadmill out of the carton and place on a flat floor.
Please pay extra attention not to turn any pivot points to prevent fingers from being pinched
2. Lift up the upright tube as the arrows show
Warning: Please be careful for pinch points
Fix upright tubes with 4 M8*50mm bolts

3. Turn the computer as the drawing shows to proper position and fix the computer set with 2 wave
washers and 2 M8*20mm bolt on each side.
Warning: be careful to not pinch any wiring
Please fix tighten the bolts
4. Place the right and left upright lateral covers into upright tubes and fix on the base frame as the
drawing shows

5. Fix the upright lateral covers with 4 ST4*15 screws on the base frame

Program Operation
Manual Program – Normal
1) Attach the safety key clip to your clothing
2) Insert the safety key onto the computer board.
3) Press START key
4) The left LED window (speed/program) will show: 3 – 2 – 1. The unit will beep three times and the
belt will begin to move
5) Adjust your speed and incline as desired using the + , – or Quick keys
6) Press STOP during your workout if needed
7) Press START to restart
8) Pull the safety key off the console if you need to stop quickly. Reinsert and press START to restart
9) Press STOP once you have completed your workout
10) Remove the safety key from the treadmill when not in use

Manual Program – Goal
1) Attach the safety key clip to your clothing
2) Insert the safety key onto the computer board.
3) Press the PROGRAM key to select Time, Distance or Calories
Once your choice is flashing (Time, Distance ort calories), Press Enter / Reset
4) Enter your goal value
Time Default time goal is 30:00 Press + or – to adjust. The range is 5:00-99:00 minutes
Distance Default distance goal is 1.0M Press + or – to adjust. The range is 1.00-99.00 miles
Calories Default Calorie goal is 50.0 Press + or – to adjust. The range is 5-990
5) Press Start
6) The left LED window (speed/program) will show: 3 – 2 – 1, the unit will beep three times and the
belt will begin to move
7) Adjust your speed and incline as desired using the + , – or Quick keys
8) Press STOP during your workout if needed
9) Press START to restart
10) Pull the safety key off the console if you need to stop quickly. Reinsert and press START to
restart
11) Once you have reached your goal, the LCD display will show END and the unit will beep 10 times
12) Remove the safety key from the treadmill when not in use
Program 1 through 12
1) Attach the safety key clip to your clothing
2) Insert the safety key onto the computer board.
3) Press the PROGRAM to select the program of choice (P1 through P12)
4) Default time is 30:00 Press + or – to adjust. The range is 5:00-99:00 minutes
The program profile is divided into 16 parts. Each segment of the program profile is 1/16 of the total
time entered
5) Press START
6) The left LED window (speed/program) will show: 3 – 2 – 1, the unit will beep three times and the
belt will begin to move
7) Adjust your speed and incline as desired using the + , – or Quick keys
8) Press STOP during your workout if needed
9) Press START to restart
10) Pull the safety key off the console if you need to stop quickly. Reinsert and press START to
restart
11) Once you have reached your goal, the LCD display will show END and the unit will beep 10 times
12) Remove the safety key from the treadmill when not in use

Body Fat Program
1) Attach the safety key clip to your clothing
2) Insert the safety key onto the computer board.
3) Press the PROGRAM to select the Body Fat program. The LED display will show “s”
4) Enter your gender. Press Enter / Reset and the calorie window will show 01. The distance
window will show 01 for male or 02 for female. Press + or – keys to select your gender.
5) Enter your age. Press Enter / Reset and the calorie window will show 02. The distance window
will show 25 as the default age. Press + or – keys to adjust your age.
6) Enter your height. Press Enter / Reset and the calorie window will show 03. The distance window
will show 68 as the default height in inches. Press + orkeys to adjust your height.
7) Enter your weight. . Press Enter / Reset and the calorie window will show 04. The distance
window will show 154 as the default weight in pounds. Press + or – keys to adjust your weight.
8) Press Enter / Reset and the calorie window will show 05. The distance window will show 00 as the
body fat amount. Touch both hand pulse sensors (located on both the left and right handrails) and
wait for the unit to calculate your approximate body fat rate. This will take approximately 8 seconds.
Additional Functions / Notes
Incline function
The incline will remain at its last setting when the unit is stopped (by pressing STOP or removing the
safety key). Please be sure to reset it after each workout.
The incline must be set at 0% prior to attempting to fold the treadmill
Reset
To reset the panel, press the Enter / Reset key for 5 seconds

BLADEZ FITNESS extends the following exclusive, limited warranty for this elliptical, which shall
apply only to the use of the device in the home, for residential, non-commercial purposes only.
Any other use of the device shall void this warranty.
FRAME & DRIVE MOTOR Lifetime
BLADEZ Fitness warrants the Frame and Drive Motor against defects in workmanship and
materials for Lifetime, as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner.
ELECTRONICS & PARTS – 1 Year
BLADEZ Fitness warrants the Electronic components and all original parts against defects in
workmanship and materials for a period of one years from the date of original purchase, as long
as the device remains in the possession of the original owner.
LABOR – 1 Year
BLADEZ Fitness shall cover the labor cost for the repair of the device for a period of one year
from the date of original purchase, as long as the device remains in the possession of the
original owner. Labor warranty does not include the travel time and or expense that may result
from the unit being outside of the seller or repair technician’s normal service zone.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
The exclusive remedy for any of the above warranties shall be repair or replacement of defective
parts, or the supply of labor to cure any defect, provided that labor shall be limited to one year.
All labor shall be supplied by the local retailer and the product must be located within the
retailer’s service area. Labor warranty does not include the travel time and or expense that may
result from the unit being outside of the seller or repair technician’s normal service zone.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty is
expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective Frame, Electronic component, or
defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear.
BLADEZ FITNESS expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not
limited to all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and your rights may vary from state to state.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Your warranty card must be completed and sent to BLADEZ FITNESS before a warranty claim
can be processed.
