You may adjust the temperature from 50Cº (lowest temperature)
to 300Cº (highest temperature) by turning the heat adjustment switch clockwise. See Page 6
(Image -2 and Image -3)
When the yellow signal lamp turns off it shows that the tray of the device has reached to the
desired level. You may start cooking.
- Turning Off
Turn the thermostat switch clockwise to “O” position.
See Page 6 (Image-1) Cut the electric supply of the device.

VII - MAINTENANCE
Turn of the main electric supply before cleaning the device.
Do not perform maintenance works while the device is electrically supplied.
Wipe the device using a cloth dampened in warm and soapy water before the device is cooled
down.
Do not use abrasive materials and tools that may lead to scratches on the device for cleaning. (Use
chemical cleaners when necessary)
Never clean the device using pressurized water or pressurized steam pressure. Otherwise this may
lead to resistor malfunction.
While cleaning the device do not allow ingress of water through the vents.
If the device will not be used for a long time, cover the outer surface of the device with vaseline.
In case of a danger related to the device contact the authorized service center.
Drain the oil drawer of the device at certain intervals.
VIII - ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Connect the device to electrical installation in compliance with the electrical norms of the relative
country.
Supply the device with the mains voltage specified on the information label.
Perform the electric installation of the device using a proper fuse and fix the fuse to an easily
accessible location.
Ensure that the cable connecting the device to the electric installation is TTR 5x2.5 mm type.
If the device is to be used in the kitchen apply proper grounding system.
