True Daylight Illuminator

The LED Daylight Illuminator provides proper lighting for color
vision testing. The key components are the daylight LEDs and
the arrangement plate. The LEDs provide color temperature
between 6000-7000K and the plate insures the correct
distance and visual position for color arrangement and book
tests, such as the Farnsworth D15 or HRR color book.
Step 1.
Unwrap and lift the illuminator out of the carton, place on a flat
surface.
Step 2.
Examine the contents of the illuminator, power supply, and
connector plug.
Step 3.
Insert power supply connector plug in the receiver on the backside
of the illuminator head before plugging the power supply into the
wall outlet. Slide switch to power on.
Step 4.
When patient is seated, position the illuminator to the correct
testing distance and angle from the patient’s eyes.
