IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
WARNING: When using electric gardening appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
Read all instructions before using this appliance.
FOR ALL APPLIANCES
•
Avoid dangerous environments - do not use appliances in damp or wet locations.
• Don’t use in rain.
• Keep children away - all people and pets should be kept at a distance from the work area.
• Dress properly - do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can be caught in moving parts. Wear protective
clothing; use of work gloves, long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and safety footwear is recommended when working
outdoors. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
• Use safety glasses - always use face or dust mask if the area in which you are working is dusty.
• Use right appliance - do not use appliance for any job except that for which it is intended.
• Do not force appliance - it will do the job better and with less likelihood of a risk of injury at the rate for
which it was designed.
• Do not overreach - keep proper footing and balance at all times.
• Stay alert. Use common sense. Do not operate appliance when you are tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication.
• When not in use, appliances should be stored indoors in dry places out of reach of children.
• Maintain appliance with care. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. Keep handles
dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
• Check damaged parts. Before using the appliance, make sure the safety guards are intact. Never use a tool
without its safety guard. Check the alignment of the moving parts, the binding of the moving parts.
• Check for broken or defective parts that can affect the safe operation of your tool. A guard or other
part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service center unless indicated
elsewhere in this manual.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one
type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
• Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs
may create a risk of injury and fire.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting
the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the
battery may cause irritation or burns. (This advice is considered correct for conventional Ni-Mh, Ni-Cd, lead acid
and lithium-ion cell types. If this advice is incorrect for a cell design that differs from these, then the correct advice
may be substituted.)
• Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified
batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire
or temperature above 40°C or low 0°C may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of
the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified
range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Check the work area before each use. Remove all objects such as rocks, broken glass, nails, wire, or string
which can be thrown or become entangled in the machine.
• Never place blower on any surface, except a hard, clean surface when motor is running. Gravel,
sand, and other debris can be picked up by the air inlet and thrown at the operator or bystanders, causing possible
serious injuries.
4
English
• Never use blower to spread chemicals, fertilizers, or any other toxic substances. Spreading
these substances could result in serious injury to the operator or bystanders.
• Never use blower near fires, fireplaces, hot ashes, barbecue pits, etc. Use near fires or ashes can
spread fires and result in serious injury and/or property damage.
• Battery blowers do not have to be plugged into an electrical outlet; therefore, they are
always in operating condition. Be aware of possible hazards when not using your battery powered blower or
when changing accessories. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
• Do not point the blower nozzle in the direction of people or pets.
• Never run the unit without the proper equipment attached. Always ensure the blower tubes are
installed.
• For household use only.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack (as applicable) except as
indicated in the instructions for use and care.

Cruise Control Lever : Your blower is equipped with a cruise control lever (4) to lock the speed at the desired setting.
Depress the trigger switch to start the blower. Once the blower is on, pull back the cruise control lever clockwise to
increase the speed. This will lock the speed at the desired setting. The blower will be working at that speed setting
without depressing the trigger switch. It helps to reduce the fatigue for the user. To decrease the speed, push the cruise
control lever counterclockwise.
CHARGING THE BATTERY (FIG 7)

Always Check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on
the ratings plate.
• Plug the charger (1) into a 120 Volt AC power source. The green light (3) will
illuminate for 5 seconds, then the light will go off if no battery pack in the
charger. .
•Slide the battery (2) all the way into the charger until it locks in place with a
click, as shown in FIG 7. The flashing green light indicates that the battery
is charging. A solid green indicates the battery is fully charged.
• The flashing red light (4) indicates the battery temperature is too high to be
charged. Wait the battery cool down to start the charging.
• The solid red light indicates the battery is damaged and will never be
charged.

temperature before charging. This will extend the life of your batteries.
: It takes approximately 75 minutes to charge up a completely discharged battery.
USING THE BLOWER
•
To keep from scattering debris, blow around the outer edges of a debris pile. Never blow directly into the center of a
pile.
• To reduce sound levels, limit the number of pieces of equipment used at any one time.
• Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before blowing. In dusty conditions, slightly dampen surfaces if water is
available.
• Conserve water by using power blowers instead of hoses for many lawn and garden applications, including areas
such as gutters, screens, patios, grills, porches, and gardens.
• Watch out for children, pets, open windows, or freshly washed cars, and blow debris safely away.
• After using blowers or other equipment, clean up! Dispose of debris properly.
CLEANING
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING: 
penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or
destroy plastic which may result in serious personal injury.
Electric tools used on fiberglass material, wallboard, spackling compounds, or plaster are subject to accelerated wear
and possible premature failure because the fiberglass chips and grindings are highly abrasive to bearings, brushes,
commutators, etc. Consequently, we do not recommended using this tool for extended work on these types of materials.
However, if you do work with any of these materials, it is extremely important to clean the tool using compressed air.
LUBRICATION
This tool is permanently lubricated at the factory and requires no additional lubrication.
