Safety Instructions
When using your AA Prestige A3 Printer for DTF, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Use the AA Prestige A3 Printer only for its intended use.
3. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the DTF printer in water or
other liquids.
4. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the DTF printer. Take it to a qualified
service person for examination and repair.
5. This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of this equipment by a person responsible for their safety.
6. Close supervision is necessary for any DTF printer being used by or near
children. Do not leave equipment unattended while connected.
7. The AA Prestige A3 Printer needs routine maintenance, please refer to the
included manual.

Operations Instructions
1. Connect the AA Prestige A3 Printer for DTF to power.
2. Turn on the system.
2.1 Switch on the system.
2.2 Turn on the printer.
2.3 The power light will begin
flashing as the auto inspection
process begins.
2.4 The printer is ready once the
power light stops flashing.

3. Paper rolling test.
3.1 Locate one piece of black film.
3.2 Press paper / delete button.
3.3 Check if the paper can roll into
the printer.
3.4 Check if the paper rolls out
properly.
4. Install ink waste bottle.
4.1 Remove waste ink bottle from
the printer ink box.
4.2 Install waste ink bottle onto the
back cover of the machine. Then,
insert the waste ink tube into the
bottle.

5. Place the two waste ink plates under the printer.
6. Fill the ink reservoirs.
6.1 Open the printer ink box cover.
6.2 Fill the ink reservoirs according
to each color on the label.
7. Inject the inks into the ink cartridges.
7.1 Take out the ink cartridges from
the printer head.
7.2 Use the injector to inject into
each cartridge from the ink
reservoirs by pulling the injector
plunger.

8. Inject ink into the waste ink bottle.
8.1 Remove the ink waste tube
from the ink waste bottle and
withdraw waste ink with the injector
by pulling the injector plunger.
8.2 re-insert the waste ink tube into
the waste ink bottle.
9. Software / Driver Installation.
Included in your shipment is 2 USB thumb drives. One thumb drive
contains the key for the RIP software needed to operate the AA Prestige
A3 Printer for DTF. The second thumb drive contains the downloadable
folders.

Routine Maintenance
1. Open the printer ink box cover.
2. Remove the film.
3. Switch on the printer.
4. Open the RIP software and begin the
head cleaning process (press F12).
5. Locate one piece of blank film.
6. Open RIP software and initiate the
nozzle check process (press F11).
7a. Perform test print. If test shows solid
lines, your printer is ready for use.
7b. Perform test print. If the test print
shows broken lines, go back to step 1 to
perform routine maintenance again.
