5. Turn rollers on by turning the handle located on the left side of the unit
6. Insert the paper to be foiled through the front of the unit under the foil with the toner facing up.
Gently continue feeding the paper through until it comes out the back of the unit. You may feed
paper through continuously, however, be careful not to allow one sheet to overlap the toner image
of another. If an area of toner does not get foil, insert the sheet through the machine again.
7. Once you have fed the last sheet through the unit, turn the rollers off by turning handle on the left
side of the unit. When you are through using the unit be sure to turn the HEAT and RUN switches
off.
8. To change color of foil, simply cut the foil on the back of the take-up roller with a blade and pull
the remaining foil back onto the foil roll.
9. Remove the front roller and slide the foil roll off and replace the roller unit and then follow steps 3
and 4.
NOTE:
• Use laser compatible paper and card stock only. Do not use plastic, vinyl, glass or other
items.
• Average temperature for most one color jobs is 285ºF - 300ºF.
• The RUN knob on the right side of the machine increases or reduces the speed of the
rollers.
• For two or more colors applied to the same sheet, lower the temperature about 20ºF after
the first pass through the unit.
• Replace the take-up roller with an empty core when full.
• Do not leave unit unattended. Unplug the unit from the outlet when not in use.
• Clean rollers with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
• Unplug or open the panel breaker before attempting to service or repair the machine.
Warranty
Your machine is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1
year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, your dealer
will (at his or her option) repair or replace the machine.
No other warranty is implied except as stated above. This warranty does not cover damage as a
result of misuse, or any special or consequential damage, whether or not foreseeable.
Return Policy
If your machine is not operating properly, first review the instructions. If the malfunction cannot
be corrected, contact your dealer for instructions. Be sure to have you machine serial number and
date of purchase available.
If the machine must be returned to the dealer, it is your responsibility to ensure it is packaged
properly. Shipping damage as a result of improper packaging is not covered under the terms of
this warranty.
