INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. By following the general safety information,
instruction manual and common sense, you will get many years of enjoyable use of the prod-
uct. Kellfri’s tools and machines are aimed for farmers with high demands on functionality.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
A well-sized horse jump trailer which is a larger version of the painted model available in our
range today. Flexible solution when you need to move horse jumps to harrow the substrate or
as mobile storage of jumps. Impact resistant surface through hammarlack.
The trailer has substantial rubber balloon wheels and the tow bar has a handle and hitch for a
50 mm ball coupling allowing it to be pulled both by towing vehicles or by hand.
There is a 50 mm ball coupling at the back of the trailer to connect more trailers if and when
the need arises.
If you want to use the trailer for more than carrying jump equipment, a gate holder can be t-
ted to the rack to allow you to use the trailer to also transport moveable gates.
The pole rack can also be removed to give the trailer a load area of 250 x 100 cm. The oor is
made of mesh pattern so that material does not get caught on the oor.
The rack can be oor mounted and also be used as a permanent pole holder.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the equipment or product, and for the safety of yourself and others, you must
read the safety instructions and the instruction manual and understand its contents. Always
keep the safety instructions and instruction manual handy for users of the equipment or prod-
uct. For the safety of both yourself and others, it may be a good idea to read through the safety
instructions every now and then. If the safety instructions or instruction manual gets dam-

Do not use the equipment or product if you feel ill, tired or are under the inuence of alcohol.

Protection of Animals Act. People under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the equipment.
Read the trailers instruction manual. Always check combination and performance of the
towing vihecle and trailer to be used to ensure safety during operation. Always inspect
the trailer before each use
Take caution during transport and always follow the trac rules. Make sure the towing
vehicle has enough weight on the front for safe driving. Avoid sudden movements or
sharp turns. Always adapt the driving speed hilst driving maximum speed10km / h. Never
overload the trailer!
When servicing, place the implement on a hard and at surface.
Only those driving may be in the vicinity of the trailer whilst driving.
The trailer is not made for transporting humans or animals. Do not let anyone ride on the
trailer!
The trailers movement is operated from the driver’s eat of the towing vehicle.
Risk area 5 meters.
Be sure to secure the wheels if the trailer is parked on a slope.
Make sure that the trailer is securely attached on the towing vehicle before driving. Check
all bolts and tighten if necessary.
The poles can slide from the racks when driving up or down a hill or a slope. It is the
driver’s responsibility to ensure that the load secured and can not slip whilst driving.
When detaching the trailer, it must be done on at surfaces and the wheels of the trailer
shall be secured with appropriate brake pads.

IMPORTANT!
When transporting poles, this must be secured! Make sure the poles can not
slide from the racks! Maximum speed during transport is 10 km /h.

INSTRUCTION FOR EMERGENCIES
In case of an emergency please dial 112.
Keep cell phone or emergency phone available specially when working alone. First aid kit and
re extinguishers must be kept easily accesable during all work, maintenance and service.To

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Wear suitable clothing and footwear. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when working with
the equipment. Remember to put up long hair when working with equipment that rotates.
WARNING DECALS
Make sure that the warning labels are always visible, clean the warning labels if necessary. Do
not wash with high pressure washer directly on the warning label. If any part of the decal is
worn or label becomes frayed or otherwise unreadable, order new decals.

SURROUNDINGS
Check and make sure that the area is clear of people, children and objects before switching on
or using the equipment. Risk of serious personal injury.
Be especially careful if children are in the area where the equipment is being use or stored.
Check that there are no low-hanging power lines within the work area. Be careful when work-
ing on slopes and near ditches.
Always work alone with equipment designed for single - purpose tools/products. Never have
junk/debris lying in your work area. Have workspaces clean. Always respect the risk zone.

BEFORE USE
Read the instruction manual carefully. Be sure that you understand the safety information, in-
struction manual and warning labels. Use common sense when using and use the appropriate
personal protective equipment.
Always check the performance of the machine combination to be used. Importantly, these

CONNECTING THE TRAILER
Check that the trailer is not damaged before connecting it to the vehicle.
Attach the trailer to the towing vehicle (e.g. ATV). Lock it in place make sure it cannot
come loose
Drive and check the trailers movement.
Never use faulty safety equipments!

OPERATING THE MACHINE
Only people who understand the safety information and instructions in this manual may oper-
ate the equipment. Be alert and careful when working with the trailer and only use the quip-
ment or product in the manner described in this manual. When working with equipment that
has moving parts, there is always the risk of injury. Always work alone with the equipment that
are dened as single purpose tools. Respect the equipment’s danger zone.
Secure poles or other materilas that are transported on the trailer
Reduce speed at work when driving on slopes and or uneven terrain.
Maneuvering takes place from the towing vehicles driver’s seat.
Maximum speed when driving is 10 km / h.
TRANSPORT AND STORING
Make sure there are no people, children and foreign objects around the area before transport-
ing the machine. Always take an extra caution during the transport. Ensure that the product
is well secured and that transport brackets are mounted. Always place the load as low as pos-
sible. Respect the danger zone even during transport. When lifting the equipment, never go
underneath suspended loads. Trailer used for transport should have working brakes.
Always store the machine in a dry place preferably underneath a cover when not in use. Ensure
that the product is stable and not likely to tip over. Never let children play where the machine
is being stored. Always keep in mind the risk of tipping!
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Ensure that the unit is stable and cannot tip over during maintenance and service. Replace
damaged or worn parts immediately to reduce the risk of abrasion. Always perform mainte-
nance, service and inspection, as recommended. Use only original replacement parts or spare
parts with equivalent performance to reduce the risk of damage. All repairs and connections
with electricity must be performed by an authorized person.
Check wheel bolts regularly. Tighten if necessary.
Regularly check the condition of the trailer and the racks before failure is a fact. When
cracks, twisting, bending, glitches or fatigue of parts are discovered, stop the operation
and rectify the error. Worn parts shall be replaced. Disconnect the machine from the ve-
hicle when repairing faults.
Rinse the trailer with water if necessary.

ASSEMBLY  TRAILER
Prepare all parts:
Trailer chassis: divided into 2 parts, this parts hall be connected and secures with bolts
Metal tube: 1 pcs for assembling of trailer chassis
Towing bar: divided into 2 pieces; drawbar part 1 joints mounted under the trolley + a prole
for joining wheels, part 2 tie rod with ow coupling
Boom frame: 2 pcs, upper and left mounted on the front and rear of the trailer
Wheels: 4 pcs
Assembling kit :
4pcs M16 Lock nut - for the wheels
5pcs M10X110 mm - for pole racks and assembling av tow bar
12pcs M10x 65 mm - for mounting the racks on the trailer and for the assembly of the chassis
3pcs M10x 45mm - assembling of tie rod behind the tow bar
1st M10x55 - for tow bar part2
Check so that all parts are available upon delivery
It is recommended that assembly be carried out by 2 persons due to its weight.

1. Turn the front of the carriage chassis upside down to for easier assembly of the wheels and
drawbar part 1, see pictures below:
3st - Bolt M10x45mm + washer and lock nut
1st - Bolt M10x110mm + washer and lock nut
2st - Wheel nut M16
8st - M10x 65 + washer and nuts
2st - wheelnuts M16
2. Mount the wheels on the rear part of the trailers chassis and then turn both parts side-
ways for easier assembly. The parts are connected together with a square tubes, secured
with bolts.

4. Mount he tow bar (part 2 with the coupling)
5. Check all bolts and tighten, do not forget to lubricate wheel bearings.

3. Turn the trailer up right and mount the pole racks on the front and on the back of the
atbed as shown in the picture.
