General :
Digital Table top conductivity Meter is accurate & reliable Instrument for
use in process measurement parameters. It gives direct reading of the
conductivity of the solution under test in ms/ms on a 3 ½ digit panel meter
attached to the main instrument.
OPERATION :
1. MEASUREMENT :
a. All power & Input connections are given from the back panel of the
instrument.
b. All controls & functions are provided in the Front Panel of the unit for
calibration & monitoring purposes.
c. Connect the power main cord on to the 3 pin socket.
d. Connect the conductivity cell terminations to the pair of socket in the rear
of the unit.
e. Connect the temperature probe to the socket in the rear of the unit.
f. Keep the selection switch to the desired range
g. The instrument is now ready to read the conductivity of the solution.
CALIBRATION :
4Keep the Selector Switch in 2000 ms range.
4Dip the Electrode in 1400 ms Standard solution, display should read
1400 ms if not adjust the trim pot marked GAIN on the front panel so that
display read 1400 ms.
4Now the instrument is ready for taking measurement.
4Temperature probe is used only for compensation purpose. Temperature
value can't be viewed.
