REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THERMOPILE

FOR AA, AAHI & CM FRYERS

PART #022770*

Removal:

1. Unscrew and remove thermopile bulb from bracket.

2. Unscrew thermopile wires from millivolt gas valve.

Replacement:

1. Use thread lock on the threads of the thermopile nut.

2. Insert thermopile bulb into the bracket and tighten nut up until you feel no

more slop in the thermopile. Then stop.

3. Run the wire leads of thermopile over to the gas valve and connect as

shown below.
