Thefollowingstepsexplainhowtoassemblethestairclimber.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscarefullyandcompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthestairclimberframe.
2.Placethestairclimberonlevel,flatground.
3.Thenslippostshroudontotheuprightpost.(seeFig.1)
4.Connecttheupperribboncableinsidetheuprightposttotheconnectorinsidethe
mainframe.(seeFig.2)
Pushdownandtightentheconnectorbyturningbothscrewpinsclockwise.

Thedurationofyourexercisesessionisdependentonyourfitnesslevel.Ingeneral,itis
recommendedthatyoumaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforatleast10
minutestorealizeanaerobicbenefit.Asyourfitnesslevelincreases,youwillbeableto
maintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzoneforlongerperiods:usuallybetween20and
30minutes.
Whenstartingyourworkout,usethefirstseveralminutestowarmup,thenslowly
increaseyourworkloadtobringyourheartrateintoyourspecifictrainingzone.Atthe
endofyourworkout,graduallydecreaseyourworkload,thenexerciselightlyasa"cool
down".
Aerobicexercises,toachievethegreatestbenefits,shouldbeperformed3-5timesa
week.Itisimportanttoallowsufficienttime,atleast24hours,foryourbodytorecover
afterexercise.
