BEFOREUSINGYOURMULTIFUNCTIONSTANDMIXER:
Before assembling the mixer,be sure that the power cordis unplugged from the
electrical power outlet and thespeedsele ctorisintheOFFposition.
1. Whendepressing the t ilt button, the head of the mi xer will automatically
release andlock into thetiltposition.
2. Selectthedesiredattachment, whi charedependingonthemixingtaskto
beper formed
:
mixingbeaterformixingandbeatingeggsandbutter,dough
hookforkneading thepaste, theeggwhiskforbeatingandfrothingtheegg
white/ milk/liquidfood.
3. Insertthemixingbeater/ doughhook/eggwhiskdirectly,untilitlocksintoposition.
Note
:
Ensure themixingbeaterordoughhookor eggwhisk isfully inserted into
thesocket, otherwiseyourmixingresultmaybeaffected.
4. Placethe mixingbowl into position. First place the bowl on the base, then
turn the bowl
in
clockwiseuntilitlocksintotherightposition (seefig .1).
5. To lowerthe head andplacemixingbeater/ dough hook/egg whisk into the
bowl, depress the tilt button and push down ge n tly on the head with one
handand easingtheheaddownAclicksoun d willbeheardwhen
the
head
hasreachedthecorr ectposition.
6. Ensurethebowlcoverinplace(seefig.2).

1. Ensurethat the speed selector is at the OFF position, then the plug in
thepowersource.
2. Turnthespeedselectortoyourdesiredsetting.
Warning:Donotstickanycutlery orutensilsetc.intothebowlwhile it is
operating.
3. The max operation time cannot exceed 7 minutes,followedbya minimum 40
minutes resttimebetween2consecutivecyc les.
4. Wh enkneadingyeastdou gh,usethedoughhook.Selectthespeedontheselector
tofirstoperateatMINspeedforthefirst30second,andthenincreasethespeed
toMIDtocompleteyourmixing.NeverusethedoughhooktokneadatMAX
speed.
Thesuggestedmaximumscalefordoughmakingis700gdryflourwith380ml
warmwater.
5. When mixing is completed,turn the speed selector to OFF position,unplug the
cord from poweroutlet.
6. Hold down theti lt button,the headof the mixer will automatically lift and
lock intothetiltopenposition.
7. If necessary, you can scrape the excess food particles from the mixing beaters or
dough hooksbyplastic spatula. Ensurethemixer speed isintheOFF position when
thisisdone.
8.If necessary, you can scrape the excess food particles from the mixing beaters or
dough hooks by using the plastic spatula. Ensure the mixer speed is in the OFF
positionwhenthisisdone.
Note:Duringkneading,someflourmaybeadheredontheinsideofthemixingbowl,
removethebowlcover,andscrapetheflourontheinsidewallofbowlbyspatulato
obtainwellkneadingresults.EnsurethemixerspeedisintheOFFpositionwhenthisis
done.
Whenmixingfoodsuchasbutterwitheggorflour,piecesofvegetablesandfruits,use
themixingbeaterattachment.
Whenmixingliquidfoodssuchaseggs,milk,wateretc.usetheeggwhiskattachment.
Towhiskeggs,thesuggestedmaximumamountsofeggsare14xregularsizeeggs.The
suggestedminimumamountsofeggsare3xregularsizeeggs.
Caution
:
Beforepressingdownthe tilt
button(namelybeforeliftingthe head of
mixer),
make
sure the mixing beater or egg whisk or dough hook re st on the2
sides of the he a d of mixer , otherwise, whenliftingthe headof mixer, the mixing
beateror egg whiskor doughhook
will
intervene the mixing bowl; if the mixing
beater or egg whisk or dough hook is resting on the front of the head of mixer, turn
on the speed selector again, let the mixer to rotate for a few seconds, then turn off
thespeed selector to stop the mixing beater oregg whiskor dough hook on theside
oftheheadofthemixer.
CLEANINGANDMAINTENANCE
1. Unplugtheapplianceandwaitforitcompletelycooldownbeforecleaning.
Caution
:
themultifunctionstandmixercannotbeimmersedinwaterorotherliquid.
2. Wipe overthe outside surface of the head and basewithadampened clothand
polish with asoftdrycloth.
3. Wipeanyexcessfoodparticlesfromthepowercord.
4. Immersethemixingbowl, mixingbeater, spatula, doughhookandeggwhiskin
warm soap y water for complete cleaning. Then rinse under running water and
wipedry. ThepartsareNOTDISHWASHERSAFE.
COOKERYTIPS
1.Forthebestmixingresults,coldingredientssuchaseggs,milkandbuttershouldbe
atroomtemperature.
2.Toeliminatethepossibilityofshellsorexpiredeggsbeingusedinyourrecipe,break
eggsin to aseparatecontainerbeforeaddingthemtothemixture.
3.Do not over beat your ingredients; mix/blend until recommended in your recipe.
Fold dry ingredients until just combined. Using lower speeds allow the user more
control.
4. Always start mixing at a lower speed and gradually increase to a higher speed if
required.
