Safety information and specifications

surface is intended only for use with a
product not weighing more than 100 lbs.
(45.5 kg) and having a width that will
permit it to sit evenly on the stand with no more
than a one-inch overhang on each side on the top
shelf. Using with other products, including

Assembly instruct ions
Step 1 Unfold the stand body (A), then insert the shelf supports (L) into the side frames.

Step 2 Attach the top frame (B), then secure it into place with two large thumbscrews (J).
Note: Make sure the front of top frame (B) engages with the side supports on the stand body.

Step 3 Attach the bottom frame (C), then secure it into place with two large thumbscrews (J).
Note: Make sure the front of bottom frame (C) engages with the side supports on the stand body.

Step 4 Attach the top shelf frame (D) with two small thumbscrews (H).
For Table Top and Wall Mount assembly, continue to next step.
For Swivel Stand assembly, continue to page 14.

Step 5 Secure the top shelf (E) to the shelf frame (D) with four medium thumbscrews (I), then secure the middle
and bottom glass shelves (F and G) with a shelf lock (M).
For final Table Top assembly, continue to the next step.
For Wall Mount installation, continue to page 18.

Finishing the table top assembly
Step 1
Optional: Install the anti-tipping hardware. Instructions are included on the bag containing the hardware.
You need to remove the one of the top thumbscrews, place the loop on the tipping restraint over the thumbnail screw
hole, then replace the thumbscrew.
You’ll need:

Finishing the swivel mount assembly
Step 1
Attach the vertical support (N) by sliding the locking bolts at the bottom of the support into the holes on
the stand body, then pressing firmly downward to lock the vertical support into place.
Use long thumbscrews (K) to secure the vertical support (N) to the top of the stand frame.
Align the holes on the tilt mount (P) pivot bracket with the holes on the vertical support (N) pivot bracket, then insert
the pivot plug (Q) to lock the tilt mount (
P) in place. The pivot plug (Q) will insert easily when the two pieces are aligned
correctly.

Step 2 Attach the TV mount brackets (R) to the back of the TV. Make sure that each TV mount bracket (R) is
oriented with the “UP” label on top.
If you TV has a flat back, go to page 16.
If you TV has a curves back or obstruction, go to page 17.

Mounting instructions for a TV with a flat back:
Select the screws appropriate for your TV and use square washers (M) to attach the brackets to the back of your TV.

Mounting instructions for a TV with a curved back or obstruction:
Select the screws appropriate for your TV. Use square washers (M) and spacers (R) to attach the brackets to the back of
your TV.

Step 3 Attach the TV mount brackets (R) to the tilt mount (P).
Lift the TV up to the tilt mount (P).
Warning: Use at least two people to mount the TV onto the tilt mount.
Set the hooks on the TV mounting brackets (R) over the tilt mount, then lower the hooks onto the bars of the tilt mount.

Step 4 Center the TV and let the bottom of the TV rotate downward until it is against the vertical support. Insert
the safety bolts (D) to secure the TV in place.

Step 5 To adjust the tilt angle, securely hold the top and bottom of the TV, then carefully pull the top of the TV
toward you or press it toward the vertical support (
N).
