Instructions for Installation and Care of

Polaris RZR Trail S Hard Top

PO-RZR-TRS-HT01

Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. Cab is Flammable.

1. Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Ranger

RZR Hard Top.

2. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:

1 1/4" Bolts 4 each

Large Stainless Washers 4 each

Large Rubber Washers 4 each

Small SS Washers 4 each

Locknuts 4 each

42" Adhesive Foam Padding 2 each

3. First take the 42" adhesive foam padding strip and install them on the top of the roll cage

down both sides of the roll cage facing up wards towards the sky.

4. Once that is done take the 4 bolts and run them through first the large stainless washer

and then the large rubber washer. Now working your way around the top place the bolts

with washers through the holes and into the corner braces of the roll cage. On the inside

use the small washers and lock nuts to finish attaching the roof. It helps to wait until all

the bolts are loosely installed before tightening them down.
