IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including:
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electric shock, always make sure
the blender is unplugged from the electrical outlet before
assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
This product is intended for use in processing foods for human
consumption. Do not use the product for any other purpose.
Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or
near children.
Always operate blender with lid in place.
Do not blend hot liquids.
Do not leave the blender unattended while in use. Always
unplug the blender from the electrical outlet when not in use.
Keep the power cord and product away from heated surfaces.
Do not submerge base in or expose it to water or any other
liquids.
Do not use this blender outdoors.
Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the
product manufacturer.
Use extreme caution when handling the blade as it is extremely
sharp.
Do not touch moving parts (e.g., the blades) while the blender
is in use. Keep hands and utensils away from the moving blade
while in operation.
Before disassembling, unplug from the electrical outlet and
ensure the blades have stopped completely.
Do not plug or unplug the blender into/from the electrical outlet
with wet hands.
To disconnect from electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug;
do not pull on the power cord.
Never operate this blender if it has a damaged power cord or
plug, is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged,
or if the base has been exposed to water or other liquids. Call
Customer Service on 1-855-926-2626 immediately.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of personal injury or product
damage:
Do not allow the power cord to hang (e.g., over the edge of a

Always place the product on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface.
4ovente.com
To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not
operate another high-wattage product on the same electrical
circuit.
NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of
personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord.
Longer power-supply cords or extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
If an extension cord is used: (1) the marked electrical rating of the
extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating
of the product; (2) the extension cord should be arranged so that
it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can
unintentionally be pulled on or tripped over by children or pets.
POLARIZED PLUG
If this blender is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other), please follow the below instructions:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit
into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to fit the
plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the
plug with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug of the
product or any extension cord being used with this product. Do
not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Do not plug into an electrical outlet until it is fully assembled.
Before using the product for the first time, unpack all packaging
materials, disassemble the appliance and wash as follows:
Remove the blade from the mug by turning the blade
counter-clockwise. Remove gasket from blade. Handle Blades
carefully, as it is sharp.
Wash all parts except the base and power cord in warm, soapy
water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the base or
power cord in water or other liquids. Lid, straw and mug are
dishwasher-safe. Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean any part
of the blender.
HOW TO USE YOUR BLENDER
Reinsert gasket into blade.
Place the ingredients into blender, do not fill past 530ml or 20oz.
Turn the mug upside down so the blade is
on the bottom. Attach the assembled glass
mug by aligning the triangle mark on the
outside of the blade with the unlock mark
on the top inner edge of the base, then
turn it clockwise to lock into place. (see
Fig. 2)
NOTE: The mug must be locked in order
for the blender to operate. Locking the
mug activates a safety switch built into the
base.

HOW TO USE YOUR BLENDER (cont.)
Insert the plug into a power socket, then push
the power button to operate the blender. Hold
for continuous operation or press and release
to "Pulse." (see Fig. 3) Hold the base and mug
while blending to stabilize. The glass mug can
be heavy and cause slight shaking depending
on the ingredients.
NOTE: Do not operate the blender for more
than 60 seconds at a time. Let it rest for at least
30 seconds between each use.
To stop pulsing, simply let go of the power
button. Unplug power cord from electrical
outlet. Wait until the blades stop completely
before removing the mug by turning it
counter-clockwise to unlock from the base.
Remove the blade then place lid and straw on
the mug to serve. (see Fig. 4)
CAUTION: This blender is not intended for blending hot liquids,
or frozen solid ingredients. It is recommended to chop
ingredients into smaller portions before freezing, and then allow
the ingredients to thaw slightly before mixing. Large frozen
ingredients may damage the glass mug. Crushed ice is
recommended instead of solid ice cubes. For liquid ingredients,
do not fill the mug past the maximum capacity. Overfilling could
result in spillage, causing burns and/or property/product
damage. A maximum of three-quarters of the capacity is
recommended.

Using Your blender

When blending ice, use up to five cubes at a time. Use the Pulse
setting to break up the ice into small pieces before continuing.
Do not use the blender for mashing or grinding heavy foods (e.g.,
potatoes or meats) or to stir thick mixtures (e.g., dough). It cannot
whip egg whites or substitute dairy toppings.
Pour liquid ingredients into the mug first unless a particular recipe
says otherwise.
Cut all fruits or vegetables into smaller pieces that are
approximately ¾-inch to 1-inch.
Do not overfill the mug.
If the blades are not operating smoothly, stop the blender and add
some liquid, or reduce the solid contents in the mug.
