Stepbystepinstructions:
Beforeassemblingyourstairclimber,makesurethatyouhavealltheaboveparts.
ThefollowingstepsexplainhowtoassembletheStairclimber.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscarefullyandcompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthestairclimberframe.
2.Placethestairclimberonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Firstassembletherearbasetothemainframeofthestairclimberwiththefour
screwsandwashersprovided.(seeFig.1)
4.Next,slipthepostshroudontothefrontpost(seeFig.2).Then,connecttheribbon
cableinsidethefrontposttotheribboncableconnectorinsidethemainframeofthe
stairclimber.Note:Pushdownandtightentheconnectorbyturningbothscrewspins
clockwisetosecure.(seeFig.3)

EXERCISINGONTHE7005COMMERCIALGRADESTAIRCLIMBER:
UnderstandingTheElectronicsPackage
MANUAL:
Whateachofthesecategoriesmeans.
Assoonasyouturnonthemachine,youwillautomaticallyentertheMANUALMode,
startingat"LEVEL1."IfthisistheModeyouwishtouse,youmaybegin.
Thereare28levels,withLevel1beingtheeasiestworkout(thesteps
slowandheavy),andLEVEL2-8beingthehardestworkout(youhave
tostepveryfasttokeepupwiththepedals).Usethekeysto
choosethedesiredlevel.
Onceyouhavemadeyourchoice,theelectronicswilldisplaytheword"MAN'L,"and
youwillbepromptedto"STEPTOSTART."
1.When"MAN'L"appearsinthedisplaywindow,youcanadjusttheLEVELtoyour
desiredworkout.
2.PresstheLEVELorkeystochooseyourdesiredworkoutLEVEL.Thedisplay
willpromptyouto"STEPTOSTART."
3.Ifyoustopinthemiddleofyourworkout,youwillbepromptedtoSTEPTOSTART.
Allinputinformation(TIME,HEIGHTCLIMBED,CAL.,etc.)willberetained.
4.YoucanusetheMODEkeytoswitchbetweenTIME,HEIGHTCLIMBED,CAL.,
SCANorPULSE.Usethe+or-keystosetthedesiredTIMEorHEIGHTCLIMBED.
TIME:Usethe+or-keystosetthedesiredtime.Eachpressofthekeychangesthe
timeinincrementsof1minute.Pressingandholdingthekeywillchangethe
displayby5minutesevery0.5seconds.Whenyouhavereachedthedesired
time,pressENTER.
Duringyourworkout,theelectronicspackagewillcountdown,andthenbeepfor
1.5secondswhenyourdesiredtimeisreached.Ifyourworkoutcontinues,the
unitwillstarttocountup.
HEIGHTCLIMBED:Usethe+or-keystosetthedesiredheightclimbed.
Eachpressofthekeychangesthedistanceby5feet(1meter).
Ifyouholddownthekey,thenumberswillincreaseordecreaseby
50feetor10meterevery0.5seconds.
Duringyourworkout,theelectronicspackagewillcountdown,then
beepfor1.5secondswhenyourdesiredheightclimbedisreached.
