It decodes Dolby Surround information into usable signals and enhances your home theater system by adding two rear speakers and a center channel speaker. SS Six also features a subwoofer pre-amp output jack, allowing you to connect a subwoofer to your system.

It offers four different modes: Dolby Surround, Dolby 3, Hall, and Matrix.
