Gronomics EGB 34-48S is a 3-tier elevated garden bed with a soil capacity of 8.9 cubic feet. It is made of T&G Western Red Cedar, which will turn a weathered grey if left unfinished. Parts Identifi cation
Stack matching pieces in piles. Using the parts list,
locate and count the individual pieces and verify that
you have received the correct number of pieces.
If any pieces are missing or replacement parts
are required, contact Gronomics at
1-855-299-6727.
NOTE: Ground preparation is optional, however we
recommend leveling area under frame of product, or
place product directly on a flat level surface before
filling with soil .

Side Rail Assembly

Stand two 4” x 4” x 32” corner posts (Item 10) upright with slots facing
each corner post and slots facing you.
Locate a 45” x 5-1/2” side rail w/cleat (Item 8). With cleat located at the
bottom and facing you, install side rail w/cleat into the slots and slide
down to the bottom of the slots.
Repeat procedure for the two remaining corner posts and 45” x 5-1/2”
side rail w/cleat.
(Soil depth option: Cleats located as shown will provide a soil depth of
approximately 10”. Reverse side rail w/cleat installation, cleats located at
top, if a soil depth of approximately 6” is desired.)

DESCRIPTION
Western Red Cedar will turn a

Although no finish is required for

recommended to use Gronomics
Garden Bed Oil (Item # GBO-1Q), a
non-toxic, food safe finish that is very
easy to apply. Apply Oil when air and
wind temperatures are between
50-90degrees. Avoid applying in
direct sunlight.

Post Cap Assembly

Bottom Board and Fabric Installation
Place one 31-7/8” x 5-1/2” corner notched bottom board (Item 3) on each
end of the garden bed.
Place six 31-7/8” x 5-1/2” bottom boards (Item 4) into the garden bed.
(Gap boards evenly to allow for water drainage).
Place fabric liner into the garden bed.
Soil Capacity: 8.9 Cubic Feet
Remove the rubber cap from the corner posts studs.
Align the hole of the 4” x 4” post cap (Item 2) with stud and tighten until
the cap makes contact with the post.
NOTE: Do not overtighten.
Repeat procedure on all posts.

End Rail Assembly
Install two 31” x 5-1/2” side rails (Item 5) (with grooves down) into the
slots and slide down to the bottom of the slots.

Narrow Center Side Rail Assembly
Install two 45” x 2-1/2” narrow center side rails (Item 7) into the slots and slide
down.
Install two 31” x 2-1/2” narrow center side rails (Item 6) into the slots and
slide down.

NOTE: Make sure the boards tongue and grooves fully seat together.
Install two 45" x 5-1/2" side rails (Item 9) (one w/logo) into the slots and slide
down. (Side rail with Logo located to outside)
Install two 31" x 5-1/2" side rails (Item 5) into the slots and slide down.
