Removing & Installing battery
1. Firstly, put the left and right battery cover buckles down to the right position.
2. Make use of the flip-up (on the right side) space between the battery hatch
and the bottom shell to pull the battery cover out.
3. Firstly, insert the bottom of the battery into the plughole of the inside Battery
bunker, and then press the top of the battery.

Install TF/SIM card
1. Please choose the corresponding card slot to insert SIM card according to
the view.
(Note: the hand-hold terminal only supports Micro SIM card. The standard
SIM card slot is used to install the encrypted PSAM card.)

Device Charging
The device has two kinds of charging methods for option:
a: Put the right waterproof USB stopple out to insert into the USB cable
through the USB cable carried by the device.
b: Charge the device through the seating-type charger (needing to purchase it
separately).
Introduction on the seating-type charger charging:
1. The seating-type charger can put in one device and one battery at the same
time.
2. The left indicator light is an indicator light for the device charging and will
turn into red after power up. Note that it will not show the charging state and
please examine the led indicator light when the device is charging.
3. The right indicator light is an indicator light for battery charging, will turn into
red when charging and green when the battery has got a full charge.

Scanning Function
If your device is equipped with the scanning function of codes, please follow
the following instruction to use:
1. Please find the icon of scanning codes (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In the scanning and testing interface of Pic 2, please press Scan and then
scan the code.

NFC Function
If your PDA with NFC function, please operate it as below:
1. Please find the NFC APP (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In NFC testing interfaces in Pic 2, Pls read the card by NFC reading area.
(Note: NFC has the optional function. Please ensure your device has that
function, then you can use it.)

LF125K Function
If your PDA with LF function, please operate it as below:
1. Please find the icon of NFC (Pic 1) in the program listing (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In LF testing interface in Pic 2, Please read the card by LF reading area.
(Note: the reading-card function with low-frequency 125K has the optional
function. Please ensure your device has that function, then you can use it.)

UHF Function
If your PDA with UHF function, please operate it as below:
1. Please find the UHF APP (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In UHF testing interface in Pic 2, Please close the card to the inductive zone
and read it.
(Note: the reading-card function of UHF has the optional function. Please
ensure your device has that function, then you can use it.)

Function of fingerprint identification
If your PDA with fingerprint identification function, please operate it as below:
1. Please find the fingerprint icon (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In fingerprint testing interface in Pic 2, fingerprints can be collected and
identified.
(Note: fingerprint identification has the optional function. Please ensure your
device has that function, then you can use it.)

Thermal printing Function
If you PDA has Printing function, please operate it as below:
1. Please find Portable Printing icon (Pic 1) and open it.
2. In the printing and testing interface of Pic 2, you can test the printing
functions.
(Note: printing has the the optional function. Please ensure your device has
that function, then you can use it.)

OTA(online update)
Our PDA supports OTA(update online) function,you can update the elatest
firmware by OTA. Please operate it as bellow:
1. Please enter into “Setting”--”About phone”.
2. Click the “Additional system updates” (Pic 1) and enter into the updating
firmware interfaces.
3. Click the “Check now”(Pic 2) to update the OS.

FAQs
1. How can you do it if the device fails to start up?
(1) When pressing Power needing 3-4 seconds, the screen of the device just
start to show up. Please wait for the screen to display contents, then you can
loosen Power.
(2) Secondly, try to check up whether the battery of the device has power or
not. Put the battery into the device and connect to the USB data cable. If its
screen displays the icon that its battery is charging, indicating lack of battery
power.
2. Why does the computer fail to link with the device?
If the device inserts into the USB interface of the computer, without any
indication, please replace a USB interface to test it again. If there is no any
response, please replace a computer.
3. The device shows lights, but why doesn’t the code be scanned?
This situation generally is the problems on the scanning setting-up. Please
firstly check up the output ticked of the keyboard, needing everyone to enter
into the scanning device. If ticked, please reset the scanning engine, and then
turn the scanning switch off and on once.
4. How can the battery be used correctly?
The batteries of the device are polymer batteries. Please charge the battery in
time if it run out of power. You cannot store it in a long time in a case of the
battery without power or with full power; It’s better to store it when it has the
power of 50 percent; If it’s not suitable for the device, please take the battery
out from the device and store it.
