PREPSTAND™ RACE USER’S GUIDE
1. Always fully expand supporting legs for a steady foundation.
2. When setting up bike, make sure Quick Release Clamp Levers are tightened.
3. Keep main unit parallel with one of the Support Legs for stability.
4. Maximum weight capacity: 25 kg (55 lb)
5. Always use both hands to fold main unit, otherwise main unit may pinch your
fingers and cause injury.
6. Always make sure the Quick Release Clamp levers and adjusting knobs are
securely locked after mounting bike.

sales receipt will assume that the warranty begins on the date of manufacture. All warranties

If the frame does not fit the BB cradle properly,
install the BB Holder* on fences of the bottom
bracket cradle for stability.
* Compatible with regular frames.

MAIN UNIT ADJUSTMENT
Lock the Main Unit by turning the Fold / Unfold
Knob clockwise.
Unfold the Main Unit by turning the Fold / Unfold
Knob counter clockwise.
Press the Main Unit down until "click" is heard.
For 130 mm Rear Dropout (Road Bike)
PrepStand™ Race can be fitted with Quick Release Fork or 2
type rear dropout widths (130 and 135mm) by changing the
positions of shims as below.

Release Support Legs by opening the Quick
Release Clamp Lever.

Quick Release Clamp Lever.

Release knob to adjust for proper
position.
Store front wheel on hook.
Install Fork on Quick Release Skewer. Tighten
the Adjusting Knob and lock the Quick Release
Skewer Lever.
Set up bikes with Quick Release Fork
Remove front wheel.

Loosen the Quick Release Skewer Lever.
Place bottom bracket into cradle and
secure with hook and loop fastening strap.

B. INSTALL BIKES WITH THRU-AXLE FORK
Release knob to adjust for
proper position.
Remove axle first.
Mount fork onto Thru-Axle Mount. Reinstall the axle properly. Store front wheel on hook.
Release Adjusting Knob and reinstall the DualMount from opposite
side.
Place bottom bracket into cradle
and secure with hook and loop
fastening strap.
Remove front wheel.
C. INSTALL BIKES WITH REAR DROPOUT FOR MAINTAINING FRONT BRAKE
Remove rear wheel carefully.
Release knob to adjust for proper position.
Store rear wheel on hook.Install Rear Dropout on Quick Release Skewer.
Tighten the Adjusting Knob and lock the Lever.
Rear dropout mounting position
Loosen the Quick Release Skewer Lever.
Place bottom bracket into cradle and
secure with hook and loop fastening strap.
