Thermo Fisher Scientific Preparation of DNA Samples User guide

  • I have reviewed the user guide for DNA Loading Dye, specifically the MassRuler R0621, Orange R0631, and TriTrack R1161 variants. It details a straightforward protocol for preparing DNA samples for conventional electrophoresis, involving mixing specific ratios of dye with the sample. I'm ready to answer your questions about this process and the loading dyes.
  • What is the recommended ratio of loading dye to DNA sample?
What is the next step after mixing the loading dye and DNA sample?
