Polycom VVX 500 series gives you access to various phone features and capabilities, such as dialing, answering calls, call hold, voicemail, call transfer, and three-way calling/conference calls, that you can control through its touch screen or hard keys. It also has programmable on-screen buttons for speed dials, Busy Lamp Field, and more. You can adjust the volume, change the ring type, clear missed call alerts, and clean the screen from the phone itself.
