Common Screens
Lines View
Lines View is the phone’s de-
fault view. Your extension will
display on the screen. Tap
your extension to view call
history.
Home View
Home View displays links to
common phone features.
Tap the button to toggle
between Lines and Home
view.
Active Call View
Active Call View displays
when you are on a call. Tap
the links at the bottom to put a
caller on hold, transfer, etc.
Place a Call
1. Pick up the handset, or press or
2. Enter the phone number
3. Tap
Redial or Return Last Call
1. From Lines view, tap your
extension
2. Tap Recent
3. Tap a number to dial it
End a Call
Use one of the following options:
Replace the handset
Tap End Call

Answer a Call

Put a Call on Hold

1. Tap Hold
2. Tap Resume from to re-
sume the call
Warm Transfer
1. From Active Call view, tap Transfer
2. Call the party you are forwarding the call to. If
transferring to an outside number, you must use the
full 10 digit number.
3. Announce the caller
4. Tap Transfer to connect the caller and transfer-
ring party. You will drop out of the call.
Blind Transfer
1. From Active Call view, tap Transfer
2. Tap More
3. Tap Blind
4. Call the party you are forwarding the call to. If
transferring to an outside number, you must use the
full 10 digit number.
5. Tap Transfer to connect the caller and transfer-
ring party. You will drop out of the call.

Place Conference Call
1. Call the first party
2. Tap Confrnc
3. Dial and connect with the other party
4. Tap Confrnc to join all parties
Save Caller to Favorites
1. From Lines view, tap your extension
2. Tap Recent
3. Tap next to the number you want to save
4. Tap Save
5. Enter a First Name and Last Name
Tip: Press the number on the keypad that matches
the letters you need to type
6. Tap Save
7. Tap Add to Favorites
8. Tap Yes (or tap Edit Index to assign the favorite
to another number on the keypad)
Favorites display on Lines view below your exten-
sion.
Update Ringtones
1. From Home view, tap Settings
2. Tap Basic > Ring Type
3. Tap the ringtone you want to use
Getting Started: Voicemail Initial Set Up
To set up voicemail the first time you use the phone:
1. Dial your extension and tap
2. When promoted for a password, enter 1234
3. Record your greeting when prompted
Listen to Voicemail
1. From Home view, tap Mes-
sages
2. Tap Message Center
3. Tap Connect and follow the
prompts
Change Voicemail Greeting
1. From Home view, tap Messages
2. Tap Message Center
3. Tap Connect
4. Enter your password followed by #
5. Press 5 and follow the prompts
