Set Points: Frozen - Full load–14 to 16 minutes; single pan–6 to 8 minutes
Fresh - Full load–7 to 10 minutes; single pan–4 to 5 minutes.

allow to preheat. Using 2” steam table pan (perforated for better
performance), fill pans with vegetables and place in unit. Set timer to
